The Yumoto Saito Ryokan, with a history of 284 years, is a charming property blending the Shirahone Onsen and the traditional ambiance of Shinshu. The onsen, sourced from its own spring since the Kamakura period, is milky white and is said to be effective for gastrointestinal ailments. All 53 guest rooms are named after notable novelists and poets, offering a serene space for relaxation. The Shirahone Onsen Shirafune Grand Hotel is a property boasting open-air baths surrounded by deep mountains at an altitude of 1,400m. Shirahone Onsen, known for the saying "bathing for three days prevents colds for three years," contains carbonic components and is a neutral water gentle on the skin. The panoramic large bath also features a drinking fountain, allowing you to experience the benefits of the water from within. Meals are served in a cozy atmosphere, featuring seasonal delicacies made with carefully selected local ingredients such as Shinshu beef, Azumino herb chicken, and hydroponic vegetables.

Operating dates for 2026: April 25 (Saturday) to November 14 (Saturday). Reservations are now open. Following the renovation of guest rooms and the restaurant in 2024, our accommodation has been highly praised by guests.
