Dinner is renowned for its hotpot made with natural mushrooms harvested from the local mountains, featuring mushrooms personally gathered by the owner, along with Shinshu's specialty horse sashimi.

We provide an easy-to-follow bathing guide even for first-time guests, and suggest ways to enjoy the baths to suit your needs—along with moments of relaxation in our post-bath lounge—so that simply staying here helps you reset.
