The entire lobby floor was fully renovated on August 1, 2018!Aburaya Tosen is a hot spring inn where you can soothe your body in the warmth of the baths, enjoy heartfelt hospitality, and relax through the many seasons reflected in flowing water that mirrors the mountains of Shinshu—lighting a gentle flame in your heart and warming all five senses. Long ago, rapeseed was pressed here for oil, which was then carried to town; people gathered around the glow of lanterns in shared moments of togetherness. With time, a bathhouse was built, warming days spent on therapeutic stays—and today this hot spring inn has greatly expanded the pleasures of touring hot springs on your journey. Aburaya Tosen is a place to slow down and stay awhile at ease.
