Keigetsu Matsubayashi, a master of Sansui Kachoga (landscape and bird-and-flower paintings), lived through the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras. Renowned for his artistic talent, he left behind numerous works. He also composed Chinese poetry in five-character verses inspired by the natural beauty of Ina Valley. The name "Nichichoan Keigetsu" originates from "Nichichoan," which Keigetsu himself named after this poetry for the retreat of a previous owner.

At No Kuma no Sho Tsukikawa, surrounded by the nature of Shinshu, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as BBQ and flowing somen noodles. Additionally, a sand tennis court is available for use.
