The reception is located at Pension Bernina across the road, where concierge services, including Shuttle Service from Hakuba Station, are available in English. While this Property is not exclusively pet-friendly, we allow up to two large dogs under the condition that you agree to the "REN Dog Accommodation Rules" (which will be sent to the Reserver via email).
