"Helping our guests create unforgettable memories!" Three years ago, we made this decision. We aim to create a Property that, while imperfect, conveys heartfelt hospitality by inheriting the traditions and sentiments of our predecessors that must be preserved. Cherishing the traditions and spirit passed down through generations, we strive to provide what our guests seek through conversations and interactions, without being bound by forms or rules, and assist in creating joyful memories. We hope each guest completes their own "Kisoji Story." This is the role we believe On-Yado Tsutaya should fulfill as a Ryokan. For over 320 years since our establishment, we invite you to enjoy the unchanging, tranquil time of Kiso.
