Our Facility is a members-only villa resort. On select dates, non-members are also welcome to stay. All Rooms are over 55 square meters and come equipped with a kitchen, allowing for self-catering. We also offer pet-friendly Rooms and a dog run, ensuring a relaxing stay for all our guests. The Onsen is the renowned "Eiwa Onsen," known for its silky smooth texture. Eiwa Onsen is often referred to as "The Bath of Beautiful Skin" or "The Refreshing Bath." The natural and historic surroundings of our Facility create a timeless atmosphere. In November 2024, after a major renovation of the entire property, Tsujinoya was reborn. A vast strolling garden woven with seasonal plants throughout the year, exquisite cuisine by our Executive Chef honored with the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award, and our renowned hot spring from a private source overlooking the grand Kutani-yaki ceramic wall remain unchanged— while the spaces have been renewed into an elegant fusion of Japanese and Western styles. The Onsen at Houshoutei features a special spring water gentle enough for babies. Enjoy the large communal bath and private baths where you can feel the beauty of each season. Property Kuraya Hachijuhachi, named after the character 'Rice', began by creating rice fields within its premises.
