It was a wonderful Hotel! We chose a Plan that included two sessions in the private family bath, and it was such a relaxing time together as a family—making great memories. All the staff were kind, and we enjoyed an elegant stay. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable

It was convenient to use both the day-use onsen and the onsen exclusively for guests. Although the weather wasn't great, I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time indulging in onsen baths. Next time, I hope to visit when the weather is clear so I can see Mount Fuji from my room!

From the matcha served at check-in, to the Japanese garden with a koi pond on the way to our Room, taking off our shoes before entering the Accommodation building, and stepping into a simple tatami Room reminiscent of a tea room, decorated with wildflowers—everything is wonderful
