Thank you for having us for one night. The meals were delicious, and the service was excellent. I forgot my belt in the Room, but when I contacted you, you promptly sent it to my home with shipping prepaid. It was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I visited with my husband for a belated wedding anniversary. The welcome at the entrance by so many staff members was amazing—I was truly surprised. The grand lobby was wonderful, filled with the sound of a pipe organ and an indescribable atmosphere, and the classical furnishings were beautiful as well. We stayed in Building No. 8 in a Japanese-style room with beds. It was incredibly spacious, with a stunning view and the soothing sound of the river flowing below. There was also a TV in the bedroom. The vanity area was large, and even the private bath had Onsen water—pure luxury. The rooftop garden bath was beyond amazing, and all of the other baths were excellent too. Watching trains go by while soaking, seeing birds of prey spread their wings across the sky, and taking in the mountain range—it all felt mystical. I wanted to stay forever... Dinner was served in a semi-private room (almost completely private—and very spacious), and it was an outstanding kaiseki meal with incredible attention to detail worthy of a traditional restaurant. At the end, we even received an anniversary gift from the proprietress—it meant so much to us, and we are truly grateful. Breakfast was also delicious—especially the dashimaki tamago; I became a big fan. Each dish was beautifully crafted and tasted wonderful as well. We will definitely return—this became a truly special memory for us. Thank you very much. P.S. 1: The Asaya manju were unbelievably delicious—I made Reservations for four boxes, and everyone loved them. P.S. 2: The lounge was also fantastic—stylish interior design with wonderful craftsmanship; the sweets were delicious, and they even prepared matcha for us. The manju served with it were Asaya manju as well—an Accommodation that showed heartfelt care in every detail. I would like to order Asaya manju again.

We were very satisfied with the wide variety of sweets in the lounge, and the meals were also very delicious. All three of us agreed we would like to come again. The bath was relaxing as well. We will definitely return—thank you very much.

The meals, the Room’s open-air bath, and the service were all excellent. We were able to fully enjoy a special getaway and relax at our own pace. We would love to visit again!

The Onsen area was very spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. The Room was also large, clean, and comfortable. The buffet selection was plentiful and excellent. I would love to stay again!

After staying at Mikazuki Hotel in Chiba (Katsuura and Kamogawa) last year and the year before, we visited Nikko Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki for the first time this year. With the all-inclusive plan, we could enjoy a welcome lunch right after arrival and use the pool as well, and the kids seemed to have a great time. Both Japanese and international staff provided excellent service, with thoughtful attention throughout, which really impressed us. I was excited about the all-you-can-drink alcohol from the welcome lunch onward, and my wife and grandparents also loved how clean the Hotel was and how good the service was—so we would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much for taking care of us for two days.

Just a short walk from the station with excellent access, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our meals in a private Room. For dinner, each of us was served freshly cooked white rice from a small individual kamado pot, which made us very happy! At breakfast as well, the fish and yudofu were each heated at the table, so we could enjoy a warm meal. The large public bath was not overly crowded and felt spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy the hot water. The Room was also spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The only thing that bothered me was a slightly musty smell in the elevator, but the Facility was new and clean overall. It’s also close to central Tokyo, and I would love to stay again.

I was satisfied far beyond the price.

This was my first stay, and I was truly surprised by how spacious the Room was. I was able to relax at a leisurely pace. The lounge was also spacious, with a wide selection of drinks. Both dinner and breakfast offered a great variety and were delicious. I would like to stay again.
