This was my third stay. Shiretoko is one of my favorite places, and whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Kitakobushi Resort Hotel. This time, we made a Reservation for three Rooms for seven family members, and we truly appreciated your hospitality. At the newly added private lounge, our whole family was able to relax together and enjoy a wonderful time. Also, thanks to having seats arranged in advance for dinner, all seven of us could dine together, which we were very pleased with. Thank you sincerely to all the staff for your consistently courteous service throughout our stay. We would love to stay at Kitakobushi Resort Hotel again next time. It was great that we could use the bath anytime. The open-air bath uses natural hot spring water, and the temperature was very hot, but it left my skin feeling smooth. The Room was also very spacious. There were power outlets next to the bed, which was a nice touch. However, the air conditioner vent was directly overhead, so it felt cold. The dining venue was very large, so even with many guests it didn’t feel too crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes and free drinks, so we were very satisfied. All of the desserts were especially delicious.

First of all, the location is great. The all-inclusive plan is excellent. The Room was clean and had an open-air bath, a washing machine, a mini kitchen, and a microwave.

Stayed here for the last night of a 3-night trip to Shiretoko. The new wing's Japanese-style room was clean and well-maintained. Meals were more relaxing compared to other hotels, and dishes like simmered fish were incredibly delicious. Buffets can feel hectic! The Onsen bath, though showing some age, provided a calm and enjoyable experience. The staff were cheerful and left a great impression. I would stay here again if I visit this area!

We stayed as a family of three. The spaciousness of the facility was more surprising than we imagined. Since we traveled around various places from Wakkanai, the washing machine was a great help. We prepared dinner with ingredients purchased in Kitami. We used the bath and breakfast services at Kitakobushi. It was nice to spend a quiet weekend. The check-in process was a bit troublesome, and we struggled because the entrance wouldn't open even when we needed to use the restroom. It felt easier to check in at Kitakobushi. We've experienced renting an entire building a few times, but Lantern Shiretoko offered a wonderful space. Thank you for the great experience.

The Room was clean, but I was disappointed that a distinctive odor often associated with foreign guests remained. I understand that people from many countries stay here, but as a Japanese guest, the smell was noticeable. Since sensitivity to odors varies by person, some may not mind it, but I would like you to check for any lingering smells after each cleaning.\nOther than that, there were no issues, and I would like to stay again.
