Six of us stayed—five adults and a 4-month-old baby—and the place was spacious and relaxing. The amenities were thoughtfully provided; we were surprised to find two ReFa hair dryers. We stayed for two nights, and there were plenty of bath towels and face towels, so we could use them freely without worry. There’s a Seicomart next door and a 24-hour sandwich shop across the street—an excellent location. We’d love to stay again.

I stayed at this Hotel for a live event trip. At first, I was a bit worried about the self check-in and check-out process, but everything was explained kindly, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. The kitchen and appliances were fully equipped and very convenient.

This was my first stay, and it was a comfortable Accommodation with courteous service. The Room was just the right size, and I could enjoy an evening stroll to nearby shrine events. The bath was not crowded, so I was able to relax. I was satisfied with both the quantity and taste of the meals, and it feels like a hidden gem I’d like to visit in every season. Next time, I’d like to stay in the new wing.

Great location, clean room, and affordable price! Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and more for a comfortable stay! I would love to stay here again!

We added an all-you-can-drink Plan. We were very satisfied with the delicious selection of drinks. All the staff were also very friendly and pleasant.

Smooth and efficient service from check-in, and the Accommodation provided a relaxing environment to spend time in. They also prepared various items for our dog, including cleaning supplies, which was very helpful. The meals were varied and well stocked, with generous portions, and we enjoyed them. The bedroom was also a spacious place where we could relax. Thank you very much.

The hot spring water quality is excellent—neither too hot nor too lukewarm. It’s a wonderful bath. While the amenities and Room facilities are somewhat basic, they were sufficient for our needs. I chose this place because of the “24-hour stay” wording, but in reality check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. I would really like to see this improved.
