Needless to say, the Facility, amenities, and meals were wonderful—but above all, the hospitality was outstanding! From arrival to check-out, we received truly exceptional service. We chose this Accommodation mainly to visit Inuyama Castle, but next time we want to stay here as the main purpose of our trip. Thank you very much for everything.

Located by the harbor, the detached guest Room was quiet and relaxing. The open-air bath in the Room was also very comfortable. The cuisine was excellent and truly enjoyable, starting with deep-fried tuna collar. We could also feel the staff’s attentiveness, and we had a pleasant stay.

And then there is the cuisine—something I look forward to with excitement every time. It captures the season perfectly and delights both the eyes and the palate. February means Setsubun: a demon mask made from carrot, a club made from burdock root, an Otafuku face made from quail

Even though we arrived quite early, you kindly allowed us to check in, and we truly appreciated it. All the staff were very kind, and I think it helped our shy dog feel more at ease. We were also deeply moved when the staff celebrated my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniv

I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at Ecopa (one night was booked through another site). Everyone at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated how supportive they were. The late-night noodles, several kinds of ice cream and dairy drinks, and the breakfast were better than I expected. (Even late at night, the staff serving the noodles greeted me with a warm smile and attentive service.) Breakfast was more than sufficient for a Business Hotel—small side dishes, egg dishes, fried shrimp, and fried chicken were all great. I was also surprised by the wide variety of dressings and sauces. Although my Plan did not include breakfast, I ended up adding it on both days. Just one thing: the Room had been renovated and was very clean, but the shower and toilet seemed older, with some mold that couldn’t be fully removed. I think it would be even better if those areas were renovated as well. I had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious, so we could relax and enjoy a luxurious day!! The outdoor BBQ was also wonderful!! We were also able to visit a nearby Onsen, which was great. Since there weren’t many people, we could take our time and unwind. We’d love to come again.

I stayed here on a solo trip. Everyone at the Accommodation was incredibly kind and helpful! The meals at the Accommodation were beautifully presented and delicious—I was very satisfied. I was surprised that the drinks in the Room were free! I enjoyed having alcohol on the terrace to cool off in the evening, and drinking oolong tea after a bath, haha. In the morning, I made drip coffee using hot water from the water dispenser and spent my time feeling refreshed. The Room was also very clean, and the in-room bath was an Onsen. There wasn’t any mold at all in the bathroom. The grout was spotless, the faucets were shiny, and even the drain was clean. The large public bath was great too—the design is lovely. This time my goal for the next day was visiting shrines, so I went to Ishigami-san, Hikodaki Daimyojin, and Isawa Shrine. They kindly explained nearby roads and how to get around, which helped a lot. What’s more, even after I had checked out, they actually ran after me just to give me a taxi company phone number. Thanks to that, I could take a taxi when traveling from Hikodaki Daimyojin to Isawa Shrine and arrived an hour earlier! They also recommended a very kind taxi company, so the driver told me what preparations I needed for visiting Isawa Shrine as well—and I made it up safely! It turned into such a wonderful trip! I’d definitely love to stay again!

I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

This time, I stayed here with my elderly parents. It was our second stay in six months, and although the weather wasn’t on our side, we enjoyed everything—the meals, the lounge, and the activities. My parents were very satisfied with everything, including the atmosphere, and were truly delighted with this trip. We would love to stay again in the future.

The onsen features exotic interior decor with ylang-ylang and lemon aromas, making it a delightful experience. At night, lights are dimmed for a short time to enjoy stargazing—creating a romantic atmosphere with views of the sea, stars, and Mediterranean-style streetscape. The ea

I visited with high expectations after reading the Reviews, and it was even more delicious than I expected! The building felt a bit old, but the Room was clean and nice. In particular, I loved being able to try small portions of many different dishes; everything was carefully prepared and delicious. The staff provided subtle, polished service, and their attentive yet unobtrusive approach made it very comfortable. A typhoon came through so I couldn’t go for a walk on the first day, but on the following days I went out for walks and enjoyed the scenery. The Room was spacious, and the sofa was very comfortable. It was also great to be able to relax in the large public bath late at night. Thank you very much.

This hotel is great. Last time, we mainly visited the terraced rice fields, the castle ruins, and Nunobiki Falls; this time, we went to Kumano Hongu Taisha and Tamaki Shrine. In any case, it’s very convenient for getting anywhere. On the way there we pass through Totsukawa Village, and on the way back we head toward Owase via the area around Onigajo for some fishing before taking the Meihan Expressway home. You can enjoy both mountains and sea. The Kitayama River flows right in front of the hotel. Early in the morning, when I went out for a walk, I saw lots of fish jumping. At night you can hear insects chirping all night long. There’s no game corner or karaoke-style facilities, but it’s an ideal hotel for a quiet stay. Of course, I’d happily stay here a third time as well.

I’ve stayed at other Dormy Inn Hotels several times on business trips, and everything—cleanliness, the Onsen, and the meals—has always been excellent. This time we visited for a family trip, and my wife and child were thrilled. It made our trip truly enjoyable, and we’d love to stay again!

I traveled with my dog and friends. It was my first time at Wanpara Lake Hamana, and I was truly impressed by how kind the staff were. The meals were wonderful—enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat. There was a clean dog run for dogs, and we had a great time playing there. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

There were plenty of vegetables, everything felt nutritious, and I was very satisfied. The portions weren’t too large either, so I was able to finish everything. Dinner happened to be around sunset time, and when someone kindly said, “It’s just about sunset,” it helped me enjoy a

I chose this accommodation to relax and enjoy the sunset, and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to soak in the open-air bath while perfectly admiring the sunset, just as I had hoped. With all rooms offering ocean views, I had a very comfortable and pleasant time. The

At dinner, the proprietress came to speak with us, and when we mentioned our 30th wedding anniversary, she gave us a wonderful handwritten gift that truly moved us. We were so happy. We stayed in the Nagi Suite for a special milestone trip. The room was not only spacious, but beautifully designed with natural light and shadow, the textures of wood and stone, and a sense of harmony with the surrounding landscape. Simply spending quiet time in the room felt like an experience in itself. The sunset cruise around Ago Bay was also unforgettable—calm waters, scattered islands, and ever-changing light. More than anything, what stayed with us most was the warm atmosphere created by the staff and their heartfelt hospitality. Everyone we met was gentle and pleasant, and their smiles and greetings felt genuinely warm rather than formal. They watched over us discreetly, anticipated what we might need at just the right moments, and kept a comfortable distance when we were relaxing. This thoughtful attention reached every part of our stay. We were also impressed by how carefully information was shared among staff members even when responsibilities or locations changed—it truly felt like everyone shared the same spirit of hospitality. We are deeply grateful as well for the sincere celebration of our milestone. Not only the beautiful property and magnificent nature, but also the kindness and warmth of those who work there made our time at Amanemu truly one of a kind. It has become one of our most memorable stays to date. We hope to return to this peaceful place again someday.

I was amazed by the relaxed atmosphere of the Ryokan and the many delicious dishes—especially the abundance of fish—along with superb sake. The sunset and evening glow were incredibly beautiful and truly moving.

Thank you for another wonderful stay this year. I enjoyed both golf and the accommodation, and I always have a relaxing time here. The bath may not be large, but I love the pearl bath. Using Mikimoto amenities and shampoo is also a delightful point. Morning yoga was ama
