I stayed one night at Seito in Tateyama and was able to truly relax both physically and mentally. The Accommodation had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. From my room, I could see Tateyama’s gentle sea, and at sunset I found myself sitting by the window for quite a while just taking in the view. The meals featured plenty of local ingredients; in particular, the fish dishes were fresh and full of flavor, making the trip even more enjoyable. The semi-open-air bath was also perfect—the water temperature was just right, and it felt like my everyday fatigue slowly melted away. Overall, I felt this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction for anyone who wants to spend time quietly. It was a stay that made me want to return in a different season.

I stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period, and it was a truly wonderful stay. With only 10 Rooms, the Accommodation was very quiet and private, and I hardly ran into other guests during my stay. The Room was spacious and spotless, and the open-air bath in the Room was very relaxing, allowing me to unwind at a leisurely pace. The food was also excellent, and I was extremely satisfied.

I stayed for two nights starting July 22. This time, my Room faced the Nasu mountain range, so the view was wonderful. The meals were delicious again. Since this was my second stay in July, you kindly changed the menu for me. Next time, I’ll visit with my children and their family.

I stay here around the same time every year. This year again, I was able to truly relax and feel refreshed. The staff were attentive, and everyone was wonderful. There are more foreign attendants now, but their Japanese is excellent, and I imagine they are well received by international guests as well. I use a wheelchair, and the considerate support provided was just right, making my stay even more comfortable. Having an Onsen in the Room that I can enjoy anytime is also fantastic. From the moment I was picked up, the staff made a great impression, and as soon as I stepped into the Hotel, I was soothed by a wonderful aroma scent. I was shown to a private Room to check in. The Room had a simple design and was very comfortable to stay in. I also enjoyed choosing my favorite scent with the aroma diffuser in the Room. This time I joined the 1-night, 2-day fasting course. Since it wasn’t a water-only fast, I had carrot juice, homemade umeboshi (pickled plum), bancha tea, and more for dinner and again the next morning. After checkout, they treated me to rice porridge, miso soup, handmade umeboshi, hana ingen beans (runner beans), and bancha tea—everything was very satisfying. Personally, the hana ingen beans slowly simmered over two days with beet sugar were so delicious that I couldn’t help asking if they were available for purchase. After check-in, I also received a brown-rice onigiri with umeboshi, which I enjoyed on my long-distance bus ride home. There is no TV in the Room, but Wi‑Fi is available so you can use your smartphone. However, since it was such a good opportunity, I tried not to use my phone during my stay as much as possible. Time flew by as I read health magazines in the lounge with herbal tea in hand; opened the window in my guest room to read my own book while listening to birdsong; and reviewed personal finances that had been put off due to everyday busyness. From the Onsen bath area in the morning, you can see Mt. Asama—the view was truly wonderful. If there’s one thing to mention: since exercise is part of my routine personally, having showers in every Room would have made it even more comfortable by allowing me to rinse off quickly after working out. Other than that minor point, everything exceeded expectations—the staff were lovely throughout—and it was a stay I would definitely like to repeat.

This is a small Hotel right in front of Lake Chuzenji, and we had a wonderful trip thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and delicious, and we truly enjoyed them. My elderly mother was also very pleased. This is a highly recommended Hotel, and we would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We stayed as a three-generation family of six. Since it was the Obon holiday period, we expected crowds everywhere, but unlike a Hotel, it was much quieter than we imagined and we were able to relax and enjoy a truly wonderful time. The interior has high ceilings and feels very open, and it was spacious enough for six adults to stay comfortably. Because of the typhoon, it got so chilly at night that we turned on the heater, but the air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable. The Onsen was also delightful, and the beautiful greenery visible from the window was very soothing. This time we ate out for dinner, but next time we’d like to use the hot plate and enjoy cooking together indoors. (One of us doesn’t like insects, so we’re glad we didn’t do a terrace BBQ. There were no bugs inside.) We also really appreciated having a washing machine (with dryer function) and detergent provided—it was extremely helpful when we suddenly needed to do laundry. Our parents were very happy as well and are already saying they want to come again, so we would love to visit again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!

I truly enjoyed the rare culinary experience—game meat, river fish, a variety of homemade dishes, herbal liqueurs, and more—things you simply can’t taste at home. The unpretentious, rustic atmosphere was also wonderful. I even bought some of the incredibly delicious rice as a souvenir, and I’m still savoring the memories after returning home.

My daughter and her family had a wonderful stay. It was a birthday celebration trip, and they were delighted that the meals were truly delicious. They were especially touched that the proprietress came to greet them in person at dinner. Even with small children, they were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in their Room, and they seemed completely satisfied with everything. Next time, I would love to visit with them. All the staff were kind, and the Accommodation was not too large, making it easy for my elderly parents to get around. We were able to use the second-floor lounge many times, and it was great that the dining area was also close by. The Room was clean, bright, spacious, and very relaxing. All of the meals were delicious. When there are a lot of people in the bath, it can feel a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem. From our first phone call to the very end, the staff were gentle and I think that really enhanced how wonderful this Accommodation is. I would love to stay again.

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! It was my first time experiencing anything like it—stylish atmosphere, a kind bartender, and a wonderful time overall. Since I slept with the curtains open, I woke up during sunrise (it was a cloudy day), and an amazing view spread out beyond the window! Stepping onto the balcony

We stayed with the intention of treating ourselves to a luxury we don’t usually indulge in. From the welcome drink and the first small appetizer, everything was delicious, and we were already very satisfied. The wine was extremely easy to drink, and the non-alcoholic tea was also amazing (I wish you would sell it). The Room was spacious, and it was wonderfully quiet—we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms on either side. Having an Onsen in the Room that we could enjoy anytime was fantastic. If there’s one concern, it’s that while the food is excellent, the portions are quite large. Even our family—who usually asks for seconds multiple times—was saying, “We’re full!” There’s a generous amount from the appetizers onward, but some dishes served during the main sushi course and additional dishes after sushi may leave many guests thinking, “It’s delicious, but I’m too full!” That said, every dish is distinctive and truly delicious, so I still hope you’ll try them all!

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I did—I had a very satisfying stay. At check-in, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous, which made for a pleasant start to my trip. The Room was spotless, and I was especially happy with the well-stocked amenities. The shower in the Room was excellent. I had assumed it would be small, but there was plenty of space and strong water pressure—very satisfying. I also used the Onsen and the pool. The pool had a great view; it was a shame it was cloudy that day, but there were warmer areas in the water temperature-wise, which felt really nice. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if they were directly connected to the Hotel with no need to go outside. I wanted to use the Onsen before checkout, but even though it isn’t far, you still have to walk outdoors—and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that right after waking up without makeup—so I gave up on that idea. Still, I had a fulfilling and worthwhile time overall, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

When we arrived at Omoide Roman-kan by car, staff were already there and guided us to the parking area. Their service was polite and pleasant, leaving a great impression. In the lobby, you can enjoy as many drinks as you like. There were draft beer, sparkling wine, and sake as well. It’s available not only at check-in but also after bathing, and they also had ice pops. No matter what you have, there are no extra charges. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. We were happy to be able to enjoy local specialties. Here too, no matter how much alcohol you drink, there is no additional fee. Our Room was a twin Room, but it was very spacious and impeccably clean. The sofa and cushions were the perfect place to relax. The baths were excellent as well—the tea open-air bath felt wonderful. It was also great that there is a separate riverside open-air bath. A large public bath before dinner, then the riverside open-air bath after dinner… We went in both before and after breakfast too. The massage chairs were also free to use. This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and it was truly exceptional—everything was taken care of for us. We would love to stay again.
