This was my first stay at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and I was truly able to relax both in time and in mind. It was wonderful to enjoy views of the beautiful garden and Matsushima from the Room. The bath was a comfortable size, and it was unusual (and convenient) that it was on an upper floor, so I went in many times. The meals were genuinely delicious just as the Reviews said—I wanted to eat everything—but waiting in line a little helped prevent overeating, and I found it enjoyable to watch everything being prepared while looking forward to it. Above all, I felt that one reason it became such a luxurious experience was that all the staff provided service efficiently, with smiles and a calm sense of ease. The lounge at night also had a lovely atmosphere, and we were able to relax and talk as a couple, which was great. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I don’t have many opportunities to visit Akita, but this was a special Accommodation that made me think, “I will definitely come back.” I also purchased and read the book that tells the story leading up to the opening. I deeply resonated with the passion and convictions behind it and found it truly inspiring. I hope to learn from that passion and continue working in a way that brings joy to the people right in front of me.

This was my third stay, following last year, with visits in June and July this year. With the cool highland climate, I have also made a Reservation for next month. The room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy, so I had a comfortable stay. The staff’s service was generally excellent, though a few seemed to have some difficulty understanding Japanese. The Onsen private bath was clean and relaxing, and I was very satisfied. The food quality was high, with great ingredients prepared deliciously. It seems they had my previous stay on record from last month, and they thoughtfully ensured the menu did not overlap—an attentive touch that made me very happy. The portion sizes were just right, though younger guests might find them a bit small. One suggestion: the dress code at meals is smart casual, but as this is a Resort Hotel, it may be nice to allow dining in loungewear so guests can relax. Some airlines provide pajamas in first or business class on long-haul flights to help passengers enjoy meals comfortably. I would appreciate it if you could consider this. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

It was pleasant that everything—from the lobby and hallways to inside the elevator—was covered with tatami mats. Right after check-in, we were welcomed with cold matcha tea, which was a nice touch. We had both breakfast and dinner in a private room across the hallway. The simmered kinki (rockfish) was especially delicious. The staff were also very attentive. It would have been perfect if face towels were provided in the large public bath.

I thought it would be difficult to get there without a car, but there was a free Shuttle Service bus, so it was easy to reach by train as well. There was also a Shuttle Service to Sukayu Onsen, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy an Onsen with different water quality from the Hotel’s. The meals were all carefully prepared using local ingredients. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and everything was delicious. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain and wind on both days, we couldn’t use the Hakkoda Ropeway, but we were able to relax at the Hotel until it was time. We had a wonderfully relaxing summer vacation. The Room was spacious, and dinner was delicious—we were very satisfied. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and guided for parking, which made it feel like we were staying at a Ryokan. At this time of year in Zao Onsen, there are few places where you can have dinner, so choosing a plan with dinner included was the right decision. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was excellent.

I stayed here after hiking Mount Bandai. I was looking for an accommodation with a good view and reasonable price. As mentioned in other reviews, the view of Lake Inawashiro was excellent, and the facility was clean and comfortable. Before my stay, the staff kindly provided recommendations on where to eat and directions to a supermarket. Despite rising costs of goods and labor these days, this accommodation offers comfort at an affordable price through thoughtful efforts. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. The room is also spacious.

The view from the Room was outstanding. A breathtaking panorama of lush green rice fields spread out beyond the window. Moonlight enjoyed from the soothing open-air bath, and the pairing of Yamagata ingredients with wine was exceptional. From amuse-bouche to dessert, everything was deeply satisfying. After breakfast, we took a walk around the rice paddies and breathed in deeply as the breeze swept through the countryside. It was truly healing for both body and mind. Next time, I’d love to come back to see the golden fields.

This is my second stay. Last time I visited with my husband, and I thought then that next time I wanted to come alone—to relax and unwind in the Onsen with some time just for myself. The large public bath was almost like having it to myself, and I could use the private bath as much as I wanted by reserving it with the magnet system. This Accommodation is perfect for enjoying peaceful solo time. The Room was well cleaned, and the service was excellent in my opinion. I will stay again.

With mountain ranges and a lake, it’s the perfect place to fully enjoy nature. The open-air bath at dusk and early in the morning was extremely satisfying. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Goshikinuma is just steps from the Hotel, and with great weather we enjoyed an amazing holiday. I’d love to visit again during the autumn foliage season.

This is a compact Accommodation. While the building has some age, it is kept very clean, and its compact size makes it easy to access the baths and dining area, making for a very comfortable stay. Our Room was on the first floor, but the view was outstanding—true to the Accommodation’s name, it was a spectacular panorama! The baths were my favorite type—an alkaline spring with a silky feel—and the view from the open-air bath was also breathtaking. For dinner we chose the “Bliss Course,” and that was absolutely the right choice: a wonderful meal packed with Sendai’s flavors. The Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on magnolia leaves was tender and generous in portion, and the miso seasoning was exceptional. The beef tongue was also thick and tender; we had planned to eat beef tongue again the next day, but dinner left us completely satisfied, so our whole family agreed we didn’t need to—and we were able to keep our expenses down as well. The seafood and sashimi were delicious too; even the scallops were thick, and everything we tried was satisfying. Breakfast also included hot pot dishes and sashimi—almost like a light version of an inn-style dinner—and we left completely full. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again if I have the chance.
