Everything was excellent. Thank you for accommodating my allergies at both breakfast and dinner. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and I truly enjoyed the food. The Room was clean, and being able to smoke on the terrace made my stay very comfortable. The staff were all very kind and attentive, and the private open-air bath with its spectacular view as well as the in-Room open-air bath were incredibly relaxing—making it a wonderful holiday.

Whenever I stay in Omura, I always choose the Central Hotel. The bus terminal with convenient access from Omura Station and Nagasaki Airport is ideally located. Parking is also available, and above all, the complimentary breakfast is excellent. The room rates are reasonable, which is very helpful. The front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.

This time, our large family of eight stayed to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Our Room was upgraded, the meals were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly—we truly enjoyed our one-night stay. Finally, the view from the Room was amazing.

The location was outstanding above all else. The in-room bath was an Onsen, and the view was so incredible that I could have stayed in it forever without wanting to leave. The Room was a perfect size and felt very clean. The meals were excellent, and I was very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. There wasn’t any particular dress code inside the property, and it was fine to dine in loungewear, which made for a very relaxing stay. We joined the optional stargazing guide tour, but unfortunately Mt. Onidake—the planned observation spot—was covered by clouds so we couldn’t observe there. However, the guide quickly took us to another location, and we were able to see a wonderful starry sky. We enjoyed the Milky Way and summer constellations with the naked eye. The only disappointing thing was that there was a used tissue left in the pocket of the loungewear provided in our Room—apparently from a previous guest. I wonder if they didn’t check the pockets during cleaning… I also became curious about other Onko Chishin properties, so I went ahead and signed up for membership (lol).

I enjoyed the Mango and Melon Afternoon Tea as a high tea after 6:00 PM for one person. The lounge was calm and relaxing, with a wonderful view as night fell. The scones were freshly baked, and the clotted cream melted just enough to feel truly indulgent. Both the sweets and savory items were delicately presented and carefully prepared—everything was delicious. I’m really looking forward to seeing what future afternoon tea offerings will be like.

This Accommodation comes highly recommended by a renowned Hotel critic. Although it is away from central Nagasaki, I think it is a Hotel well worth going out of your way to visit. The Room was of a level you normally couldn’t stay in at this price. We arrived early for check-in, and the staff recommended a walking route around the Hotel—about 40–50 minutes on foot. Since it feels quite isolated without a car, we also had dinner here. It’s an expensive set-course dinner, so my rating was slightly strict because of the price. They also offer an à la carte menu. For breakfast, I chose the Western option. It felt a little lacking that there was only one type of bread—the same round French loaf as at dinner. The Japanese breakfast might be more recommendable. I requested Shuttle Service from the port and communicated by email; their responses were fast and excellent. That alone shows this is a first-class Hotel. Because of the ferry schedule, it looked like we might arrive just before lunch service ended, but they did their best to accommodate our request (in the end we switched to an earlier ferry so it wasn’t necessary). Also, the ferry from Sasebo was not as rough as I had feared—an easy and comfortable 30 minutes. There’s too much to say here, but I’m truly grateful for all the thoughtful care shown by every member of staff. “A Hotel worth making your travel destination.” That’s what this place is.

We stayed in an oceanfront Room and it was very comfortable for our family of four. We joined the Big SUP activity, and they were flexible in changing the course based on the strong winds and our children’s experience level. The Mexican-style dinner was truly one of a kind and exceptionally delicious. The large public bath was spacious and clean. It became a wonderful memory for our whole family. Thank you very much.

The meals are very healthy, using locally sourced ingredients. However, many dishes require guests to cook for themselves, such as shabu-shabu and kushikatsu, and they also feel like dishes that even we homemakers could make. In other words, it seemed there were few dishes with a creative twist. Using freshly harvested vegetables and eggs, I would like the head chef to offer more elaborate dishes. The Room and bath were wonderful, and we were able to relax while fully enjoying nature. This time, when we asked, additional towels were brought free of charge; however, since we bathe in the Onsen multiple times, we would be happy if two towels per person could be provided from the start. I stayed here while visiting my hometown. When I lived in Sasebo City, I only knew of it, so when I came back home I usually stayed near the station, but this time I had more time and decided to stay here. The view was amazing—it really moved me to think that I grew up in such a wonderful place. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back home!! The service was great, and the room was clean and satisfying.

We stayed in a seaside-view Room this time. The view was great, and the Room’s spaciousness and cleanliness were well received by both my grandchild and our family. We were satisfied with the meals as well, but my grandchild has allergies, so it would have been helpful to have allergen information displayed (it’s possible we simply missed it). When we asked the kitchen staff, they kindly told us, but when they seem busy we feel a bit hesitant to ask. Overall, everyone said they would like to come again, so we would like to stay here again next time.

The food was high quality, and the service was excellent. The bath was very relaxing, and the Room was clean. Since we stayed on a weekday, it wasn’t very crowded. We would like to stay again.

It was a very clean Room with a lovely bath, bed, and sofa. It was a city-view Room, but when we stepped out onto the balcony we could also see the stadium! We enjoyed a relaxing trip, sipping drinks on the balcony. It would be even better if we could use the sauna and pool after check-out as well. On days without games, we were able to stay at a great price with No Meals Included, so it truly felt like excellent value for money. Thank you very much.

Not only the Room but the entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. If you go to the bath at 6:00 a.m., something good might happen.
