Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We stayed here as our accommodation for a two-day trip to Tateyama. We enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood from Tateyama while using the terrace barbecue grill, all with a stunning view of the ocean right in front of us. The interior was very clean, and it was fully equipped with tableware and amenities, even featuring a luxurious sauna. There were four of us staying, but since it's a three-story building with ample space, it could easily accommodate larger groups as well.

The sauna was absolutely amazing. We could set it to over 100°C, and it was wonderfully hot! Cooling down properly in the cold plunge and then relaxing outside while looking up at the starry sky felt truly luxurious. At this riverside villa, we were able to enjoy a special time for just the two of us without sensing anyone else around. When we listened closely, we could hear animals and insects, and even the distant sound of a passing train—it was such a calm and luxurious experience. The Room was clean, and the design was inspiring! The owner was a wonderful person. We had a brief chat as we were leaving, and their warm personality made us feel once again that we were truly glad we stayed here. We would love to visit again. Thank you so much!!

We’ve stayed at this cottage during the Obon holiday season for three years in a row. This time we stayed for two nights. On the first day, there was torrential rain due to a linear rainband and we were worried, but thanks to the owner’s thoughtful support, we felt safe and reassured. It’s about a one-minute walk to the sea, and the beach feels wonderfully private—absolutely perfect. We’ll likely be back again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for one night during a touring trip. It doesn’t have Hotel-style facilities, but it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I could park my large motorcycle right near the door, making it easy to carry my luggage. The Room is separated into a living area (with a large TV) and a bedroom—far more space than I needed for a solo stay. There’s only a shower (no bathtub), but there’s an Onsen day-use bath just a 1-minute walk away. (I just used the shower; bring your own towel!) The sunset over the sea right in front was incredibly beautiful, and I could even see Mt. Fuji. At the izakaya on the same property, I enjoyed drinks and dinner at the counter while chatting with the owner about sake—an excellent time all around. I was surprised to have such a comfortable stay for about half the price of a basic Business Hotel. There’s also a convenience store about a 5–6 minute walk away. This is an Accommodation I’d definitely like to visit again.

It was a wonderful place. The cleaning was thorough in every corner. We often stay at rental villas because we have a dog, but while the rooms are usually clean, many places have gardens overgrown with weeds, making it hard to let our dog play outside. However, this accommodation had a well-maintained lawn in the garden, which was perfect. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease. They even gave our dog a toy as a gift—such thoughtful hospitality! For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a fishing port nearby, so I highly recommend it. The BBQ area has a roof, so you can enjoy it without worry. The stars visible from the facility were incredibly beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again in the future. There were several flies in the Room, and the shower drainage was slow, which was a bit concerning. It would have been better if insect repellent was placed in an easily noticeable spot! The atmosphere and location were excellent. Sunset Beach was breathtaking. The terrace bathtub kept the kids entertained, while adults could enjoy a relaxing BBQ. The large BBQ grill was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We visited as a group of six: a family of four with two brothers (an older brother in kindergarten and a younger brother who will soon turn 2), plus grandpa and grandma. Our younger child is at an age where he can’t sit still, so even eating out is usually a bit challenging. That’s why we chose this Accommodation, where we could relax without worrying about others. It turned out to be truly wonderful. At a regular park you have to constantly worry about kids running off, but here the area is enclosed, which was such a relief! Some of the play equipment was still a bit advanced for our 1-year-old, but there was also a swing and plenty of outdoor toys, so I think he had an amazing time. They also had various toys prepared indoors, so we didn’t have any “I don’t want to go inside!!” tantrums either. We were grateful they even provided bath bombs! Our kids were thrilled with Thomas toys, drawing on the windows, and the night lights too. Our plan was to arrive around noon to play outside and then start BBQ when check-in time came—but around noon it was still drizzling. After seeing the yard, the kids went straight into “we want to play anyway” mode and played while getting a little wet. When the rain got heavier partway through, we headed to a nearby supermarket for a while. By the way, bringing sneakers, sandals, and rain boots for this trip turned out to be the right choice! On our stay date it stopped raining during BBQ time so it worked out fine, but we did find ourselves wishing there were more cover extending over where the tables are set up. Of course there’s some effort involved in preparing most things ourselves, but having energetic kids and not needing to worry about other guests’ eyes made it genuinely stress-free. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable trip with children we’ve ever had!

A single-story vacation rental located close to Hojo Beach, just a block away from Seven-Eleven. The Facility is clean, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Toiletries like toothbrushes and bath towels are well-provided, making it comparable to a Hotel—only missing items are yukata or pajamas. Meals are not included, but for our family who loves exploring local restaurants during trips, this was no issue at all. In one word: Perfect! If I may add a suggestion—it would be amazing if the air conditioner could be cleaned before summer (haha).

The scenery from the garden and Room was truly beautiful. The only downsides were the water pressure in the shower room and unstable Wi-Fi, but everything else was perfect. The amenities were also well-equipped. We would love to use this place again. Thank you very much!

The facility was excellent, but there were issues with missing supplies and lack of management. - Despite being informed in advance that outdoor sandals would not be provided, they were available upon arrival after purchasing and bringing our own. - Water leakage from the air conditioner vent above the living room entrance. - Burnt-out light bulb in the living room floor lamp. - Poor drainage in the 2nd-floor bathroom, making it difficult to drain water smoothly. - No toilet paper or spare rolls in the 2nd-floor toilet. - Malfunctioning massage chair on the 2nd floor. - Complimentary water was stated as 500ml per person + one 2L bottle; however, for a group of four staying two nights, only eight 500ml bottles and one 2L bottle were provided. - No spare paper towels in the kitchen. - Insufficient towels provided overall. - Only a small amount of used olive oil available in the kitchen supplies. Attempts to contact via listed numbers resulted only in being told that confirmation with responsible staff would be needed without immediate answers—likely due to outsourcing management responsibilities—but stricter oversight is necessary as these issues inconvenience guests significantly.

This was my first time staying at this accommodation. Even though I checked in late in the evening, I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful architecture and atmosphere of the facility! However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no kitchen sponge and that the bathroom drain was clogged ( ; ; ). The bedroom also had a smell similar to old clothes, so I felt a dehumidifier might improve the experience. That said, overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay again. The sauna was fantastic as well, and my friends were delighted＾＾ Thank you for providing such a wonderful accommodation!

A wonderful space where I could experience an extraordinary time. Upon entering the Room, I was greeted by a pleasant fruity scent. It was a lovely Room, clean and decorated with stylish accessories. I was feeling a bit peckish, so having cute donuts prepared was a thoughtful touch. In the evening, I enjoyed a barbecue using the barbecue kit set up on the outdoor balcony, with seafood I bought as the main dish! The view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and I was able to spend a relaxing time watching the sunset. I definitely want to use it again!

Our family of five stayed here. We had been looking forward to it after seeing the photos at the time of Reservation, and when we arrived, the villa was even more wonderful than we imagined—we were truly delighted. It was very spacious and spotless, and our whole family was able to relax comfortably. We enjoyed watching the sunset while playing in the pool, and at night we took in countless stars and a beautiful night view—an unforgettable escape from everyday life. The kitchenware and cooking utensils were well stocked, and having both a washing machine and dryer was extremely convenient. We hardly felt any inconvenience during our stay. Everyone in our family liked it so much that we kept saying, “Let’s come back again next year,” making this a trip to remember. It was such a lovely villa that we would definitely like to stay again.
