I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

All the staff were incredibly kind and warm. They responded quickly when I wasn’t feeling well, and thanks to that I was able to enjoy my trip without changing any of my plans. My first enzyme bath also helped relieve my fatigue. If it were closer, I’d feel like coming even once a month. The French restaurant was outstanding—the fish and vegetables were fresh and delicious. The wine pairing was perfect, and we enjoyed it very much. For breakfast we chose the Japanese set, and the kenchin-jiru soup—something I hadn’t had in a long time—was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. The Room was comfortable as well, and we were satisfied with everything—we would definitely like to visit again. Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

I stayed at 3rd HOUSE Inamuragasaki East Wing. This time I visited with friends. We borrowed BBQ equipment and enjoyed a relaxed meal while taking in the seaside atmosphere. It felt like a real luxury—time like this is hard to make as adults. The best part of this Accommodation is, without a doubt, how well-equipped it is. The rooftop has a sauna and a jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi after a proper sweat in the sauna—while enjoying the fresh air—is simply unbeatable. Spending time there while feeling the Inamuragasaki breeze truly feels like an escape from everyday life. The second-floor jacuzzi was also fantastic, with completely different vibes during the day and at night. We lost track of time as our conversations flowed. The Room felt open and airy, and as an entire-home rental it offers excellent privacy. It’s easy to relax without worrying about others, making it perfect not only for friends but also for families or couples. An Accommodation where you can enjoy both “the luxury of doing nothing” and “the luxury of having fun together.” Combined with the Kamakura/Inamuragasaki location, it was such a wonderful stay that I’d love to return in another season. It was such a comfortable Room where I could relax without worrying about anyone else. The rooftop area with 360-degree views was also great—I brought up beer from my Room—and the contrast between traffic jams and dusk was striking. Everyone at the Hotel was kind and warm. Next

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I did—I had a very satisfying stay. At check-in, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous, which made for a pleasant start to my trip. The Room was spotless, and I was especially happy with the well-stocked amenities. The shower in the Room was excellent. I had assumed it would be small, but there was plenty of space and strong water pressure—very satisfying. I also used the Onsen and the pool. The pool had a great view; it was a shame it was cloudy that day, but there were warmer areas in the water temperature-wise, which felt really nice. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if they were directly connected to the Hotel with no need to go outside. I wanted to use the Onsen before checkout, but even though it isn’t far, you still have to walk outdoors—and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that right after waking up without makeup—so I gave up on that idea. Still, I had a fulfilling and worthwhile time overall, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

Although I thought it was a bit pricey, I stayed here because I was drawn to its overseas-like atmosphere. The Hotel’s service and amenities were high quality, and I was very satisfied!! It was a little disappointing that there weren’t any sightseeing spots within walking distance nearby, but I was able to relax and take it easy with the lovely Room and the view. I’d definitely like to visit again.

The Hotel’s service was attentive down to the smallest details and truly wonderful. In the lounge, they asked about my child’s juice preference and kindly made a special peach juice for us, which really impressed me. The building is stylish, and there were also Yayoi Kusama prints that I was glad to see up close. I’d love to stay again.

This was our second stay, following last year, and we were very satisfied. The mountain road to the Accommodation seemed better lit than last year, so we felt safe even at night. We were also glad to have the unexpected chance to chat with the owner. Summer really is the best. We’ll be back again.

The ocean is right in front of you, and you can even see Enoshima from the Room—an amazing location! It was so wonderful that on the day between our two nights, we spent most of the time in the Room just watching the sea. As others have mentioned, the breakfast bread was generous and very delicious. All of the staff who assisted us at reception were foreigners, but everyone was very pleasant and kind. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind and called them; they handled it kindly, and when I went to pick it up—even though it was my mistake—they spoke earnestly in polite Japanese and said, “We’re sorry you had to come all this way,” which really moved me. I definitely want to stay here again!

We stayed for one night with four guests. The place was spotless and comfortable, with the latest Facility fully equipped. All the essential seasonings were provided (vinegar was available too, although it wasn’t listed!), and the loungewear was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but on a clear day you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop while taking in views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. Since it’s a three-story house, going up and down the stairs does take some effort, but the location is excellent—an amazing home we’d love to stay at again.

When I found this Accommodation while looking for a place to stay in Kamakura, I felt so happy—this is it! That feeling was not disappointed at all; thanks to the wonderful space and warm hospitality, we were able to spend a truly happy time. We had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. We were moved by the chef’s attention to detail in every dish. The garden was also beautiful, and we felt lucky to see not only our dog but also visiting squirrels and small birds. It seemed to be run by a younger team, but everyone had a great atmosphere. The entire Hotel was refined and very clean, making it comfortable to stay. My mother struggled a little, so having grab bars in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated for older guests. It’s a place that made us want to come back. Thank you very much for everything.
