As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

Our two Miniature Dachshunds had a great time running freely in the spacious dog run. The indoor areas were also dog-friendly throughout, and the owner kindly told us not to worry if anything got dirty, which really put us at ease. It rained unfortunately at night, but thanks to the covered area we could still enjoy a barbecue. The complimentary breakfast clam pasta was also delicious. Next time, we’d love to visit in winter and try the wood-burning stove and a campfire. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and it beautifully preserves the original design from that time inside—it was truly atmospheric and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend taking the Nijiiro Sakana-go boat tour. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. I had such an enjoyable time relaxing while admiring the stunning scenery that time flew by quickly. Sitting on the sofa until the end while gazing at the sea made me wish to stay longer... It was such a satisfying experience that I've decided to come back again next year!

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. Before our stay, I didn’t expect to enjoy the Hotel experience itself this much. But once we checked in, the atmosphere and the book-filled spaces were even more comfortable than imagined—in the best way, it far exceeded our expectations. Our family loves relaxing at a Hotel, so it was wonderful that each of us could spend time however we liked without having to visit lots of tourist spots. The well-known bakery and restaurants nearby were also great, and we enjoyed exploring the area as well. It was a scorching midsummer day when walking outside was tough, but just staying inside the building was more than satisfying. When making our Reservation, I was a little surprised by how high the Review ratings were, but after staying there, I completely understand why. You can enjoy it together with the Kadokawa Musashino Museum—it’s truly a Hotel where staying itself becomes the purpose. Everyone in our family was very satisfied, and it’s a great find that makes us want to stay again.

This was our first time staying here as three generations, and we truly enjoyed it. We were impressed by the building, the location, and the furnishings inside. Everything was provided—kitchen equipment, amenities, and more—and we were amazed at how well-equipped the Facility was. Each Room was spacious and had its own toilet and shower, and even with a group of 10 people, we were able to relax comfortably in the kitchen and living area. The children also loved having a kids’ Room on the second floor, running around in the garden, catching insects, and playing by the shore. The BBQ ingredients you prepared for us were fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Breakfast was also well-balanced and very tasty. We stayed for only one night this time, but our whole family is already talking about coming back for a Multiple Night Stay next time. Thank you very much for your kindness!

I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

My best friend and I stayed for one night in a suite. The staff’s service was outstanding, and we received such warm, heartfelt hospitality. The meals were just as delicious as we’d heard—no, even better than expected. When you travel, you want to enjoy local specialties, right? The dishes here use plenty of ingredients from Chiba, and enjoying them while looking out at the sea of Chiba is pure luxury… simply unforgettable! We were told the ingredients change with the seasons, so next time I’d love to visit in a season other than summer. Also, if anyone planning to stay is reading this Review, please be sure to check out the booklet on the bedside table: a hand-written guide by the proprietress introducing Chiba and providing information about the Accommodation. Each page is carefully made, and it really conveyed her love for the Accommodation and her warm hospitality—it left a lasting impression. She also left us a note with the sunrise time, so we woke up early and watched it from the Hotel deck. It was truly beautiful, so I’m attaching photos from that moment. We stayed with three family members and one dog. The Room was very clean, the private open-air bath was relaxing, and the meals were generous. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again.

I stayed one night at Seito in Tateyama and was able to truly relax both physically and mentally. The Accommodation had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. From my room, I could see Tateyama’s gentle sea, and at sunset I found myself sitting by the window for quite a while just taking in the view. The meals featured plenty of local ingredients; in particular, the fish dishes were fresh and full of flavor, making the trip even more enjoyable. The semi-open-air bath was also perfect—the water temperature was just right, and it felt like my everyday fatigue slowly melted away. Overall, I felt this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction for anyone who wants to spend time quietly. It was a stay that made me want to return in a different season.

I stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period, and it was a truly wonderful stay. With only 10 Rooms, the Accommodation was very quiet and private, and I hardly ran into other guests during my stay. The Room was spacious and spotless, and the open-air bath in the Room was very relaxing, allowing me to unwind at a leisurely pace. The food was also excellent, and I was extremely satisfied.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!!
