SAKIA is a redevelopment Facility located on the site of the former Ozaki Elementary School in Awaji City, which closed in 2014. It began in March 2022 as a regional community Facility in collaboration with "Frogs FARM ATMOSPHERE," a local revitalization initiative based on food from Awaji Island. SAKIA aims to "widely promote the charm of Awaji Island," "foster integration within and beyond the island," and "preserve traditions," serving as a hub Facility for local revitalization to energize the island and shape its future. With themes of "Food, Art, and Learning," it offers a variety of content. In April 2024, SAKIA reopened with newly added accommodations, transforming into a "well-being Facility" that supports diverse ways of working and spending time! Additionally, it is increasingly being utilized by companies for workations. We are committed to further energizing Awaji Island.

A white early American-style pension located on the west coast of Awaji Island, right in front of the sea. It is a small Property. The husband and wife personally take care of the guests. We prepare as many handmade items as possible to welcome you. The Room is simple, equipped with a bed, TV, and dresser. The bath features Awaji Ichinomiya Onsen (100% natural hot spring water, no added water, no heating), which is a mildly alkaline spring known as "beauty water" that leaves your skin smooth. You can enjoy a relaxing bath with your family in a private setting. While it is not as large as a Ryokan's public bath, it is spacious enough for 4-5 family members to use comfortably. At home, it may be difficult for the whole family to enjoy a bath together, so please take this opportunity to do so. For dinner, enjoy a handmade meal crafted with care by the owner. The dinner highlights local Awaji ingredients with minimal use of additives. As an optional (additional charge) menu, we offer Awaji beef sirloin steak, filet steak, a luxurious platter of fresh Seto Inland Sea sashimi, cheese fondue prepared by the cheese-loving owner, raclette cheese melted by the fireplace like in "Heidi, Girl of the Alps," and more. After dinner, starting at 9 PM, enjoy a drink time featuring rare liquors, the owner's handmade fruit liqueurs (about 50 varieties), and unique snacks. Sipping on drinks while listening to the sounds of 1950s jazz on the owner's treasured gramophone will create unforgettable memories. On the terrace by the sea at night, listening to the sound of the waves and gazing at the beautiful starry sky with your significant other will also make for a perfect memory.

A Property located at the northernmost tip of Awaji Island, offering a panoramic view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. During the day, enjoy the grandeur of the bridge; at sunset, the red-tinted sky illuminates the bridge and sea; and at night, the sparkling Kobe cityscape and the lit-up Akashi Kaikyo Bridge create a fantastical scenery. The Room is a traditional Japanese-style room where you can relax in comfort. Additionally, one of our highlights is the Onsen, where you can unwind while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. This is a private rental Property that has been renovated from a vacation home. The building is entirely made of wood, allowing you to relax with the pleasant scent of timber. A parking space for one car is available in front of the Facility. With approximately 100 square meters, the 2LDK layout can accommodate up to 5 guests. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and tableware. Please bring your own seasonings and ingredients for hygiene reasons. You can enjoy views of the ocean from the Room and balcony. A BBQ grill (available for a fee) is also provided, making it ideal for group or family trips.
