I was able to relax on the sofa while enjoying the view of Oshima from the Room. There was a massage chair in the Room, which was great for easing my swollen legs after being stuck in traffic. Oshima could also be seen from the open-air bath in the Room, and since it was a private open-air bath attached to the Room, I was able to soak in the Onsen at my leisure. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially well-seasoned and very enjoyable. I will stay again, and I look forward to visiting you.

I would like to stay again. This is an accommodation I would recommend to my friends. It was very relaxing.

We could even see Mt. Fuji—just as my parents had always said—and we were very satisfied! We stay at various Ryokan, but the meals here were especially generous and delicious. The staff were kind to our child as well, and our child seemed to love it the whole time and stayed in a great mood. We’d love to stay again when we visit Shizuoka!

We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. In addition, all staff provided warm and attentive hospitality from start to finish, allowing us to spend a comfortable and luxurious time. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

This Accommodation let us fully enjoy both the sea and the Onsen. The sound of the waves drifting into our tatami Room was truly, truly soothing—somewhere you want to keep watching and listening forever, and a Room that makes you want to stay longer. The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.

Thank you for taking care of us on our family trip. Check-in while enjoying a welcome drink was a nice touch, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two bathing options: a free open-air bath and a large public bath, and we could even see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath. Dinner was delicious across the board; although we were full by the end of the meal, the house specialty “Izu Mabushi” was light and refreshing, so we enjoyed it easily. Breakfast featured a variety of side dishes served in small portions on multiple small plates—beautifully presented, and every dish was tasty. We made a last-minute Reservation, and the Accommodation was very clean. There was also a welcome drink, and it felt like a relaxing space as soon as we arrived. For luggage, they lent us a cart, but we had to carry everything ourselves; however, there is an elevator, so it wasn’t an issue. Since our room was on the second floor, the view was more like a small glimpse of the ocean in the distance. The area is famous for beautiful sunsets, but I completely forgot and scheduled dinner at sunset time, so we couldn’t see it—such a shame. If the weather is nice, choosing a later dinner time might be better since the beach is close and you can take your time enjoying the sunset. The dog run isn’t very large, but our dog seemed to have fun running around. The meals were very generous portions and left us full. We could also order food for our dog and enjoy dining together, which was great. The photo spots were cute as well. We’d love to stay again if we have another chance.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. The meals, the Room, the service—and of course the Onsen—everything is perfect! This is an Accommodation that makes you think, “I want to come back,” every time you visit. We were completely satisfied with everything: savoring elaborate kaiseki cuisine at a relaxed pace in a private dining room, the private gazebo, and the hospitality in the lounge. Thank you to all the staff for your thoughtful attention to detail. It rained on our arrival day, but even the rainy sea felt beautiful.
