I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. My friend was truly delighted, and I’m so glad I asked. Thank you very much for your pleasant hospitality and service. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. At night I enjoyed the bath in my Room, and in the morning I woke up early to use the private bath. This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with both the large public bath and the breakfast. The Room didn’t feel cramped at all, and I was able to relax comfortably. Walking around town was fun, but it was hotter than expected, so I ended up drenched in sweat and completely exhausted. After rinsing off in the large public bath, I really didn’t feel like going back out, so the complimentary late-night soba service was truly appreciated. (The half-size portion was perfect as a light supper after eating out.) At breakfast, I loved being able to enjoy small portions of local specialties, and it felt like a great value. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again.

With a homely atmosphere and very kind staff, I had a truly comfortable stay. Every dish was delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The Facility was well cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless—an Accommodation where I could really relax. I also appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff. If you’re craving delicious fish, this is highly recommended! You can enjoy truly tasty fish until you’re completely satisfied. Of course, the Room is also comfortable, and it’s a nice bonus to have a view of Mt. Fuji! The horse mackerel at breakfast was so good that I bought some to take home on the way back. This luxury Japanese-style Ryokan with views of Mt. Fuji offered exceptional service. The view from the Room was stunning, and the windows were polished to a shine, which showed true hospitality. Both the in-room bath and the large public bath were comfortable and deeply relaxing. The meals were also delicious. The attentive service made our children happy as well. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

A relaxing, tranquil Accommodation for adults. Watch the ever-changing sky, sea, and forest, and the sparkling stars; soak in the Onsen whenever you like; and enjoy high-quality meals... Above all, the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. During my stay, they never once asked for my name or Room number, and they even adjusted the end time of dinner to fit my spa Reservation. Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station. Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious. The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them. The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We went car camping in West Izu to celebrate my retirement, and since my wife only eats dinner, we couldn’t visit local restaurants for fresh fish at lunchtime—so we made a Reservation here to enjoy a more luxurious dinner. I also had a faint memory that we may have stayed near Koibito Misaki about 30 years ago, and it seems the chef’s son has taken over. The meal began with a boat platter featuring splendid alfonsino, local fish, crab, and spiny lobster, followed by French cuisine—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied. As this is a pension-style Accommodation, the Facility is not brand-new, but we could feel thoughtful attention to detail throughout and were able to spend a wonderful time here. We would love to stay again.

We stayed at Nino Kura with two adults and, at short notice, added one child (2 years old). We had both dinner and breakfast at the main house restaurant, and I was amazed by the dinner table setting. The menu listed the date of the day, and everything—from the plates and decorative plants to the cutlery—was thoughtfully curated. Dining in such a carefully crafted space made the meal truly exceptional. As I wrote in the title, it really felt like “God is in the details.” Breakfast wasn’t as showy as dinner, but the refined Japanese breakfast was comforting. It started with appetizers, and I didn’t expect dessert at the end!!! As for our Room, they prepared items for our child as well. These small touches made our stay very comfortable. The free-flowing Toi Onsen hot spring was also wonderful.
