The first floor features a spacious 32-tatami mat living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for families or groups traveling together! On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. From the second-floor bedrooms, you can enjoy views of the sea. Outside the house, there is a covered BBQ space equipped with an American-made Char-Broil gas grill for an authentic BBQ experience. Additionally, this property offers easy access to the sea; Shobuzawa Beach for tide-pooling is just a 10-minute walk away, and Shirahama Beach with its famous white sandy shores is only a 15-minute drive from here.
