We stayed here for a birthday trip, and it truly was a completely satisfying stay. Dinner was top-class in every respect—flavor, presentation, and the quality of the ingredients—and the smoked splendid alfonsino was especially outstanding. They also kindly prepared a special birthday message plate at dinner, which was a wonderful touch. The restaurant service and atmosphere were excellent as well. The next morning’s Japanese breakfast was also high quality, and the presentation using a wooden bento box felt fresh and very memorable. The Room was very spacious, and the ocean view from the second floor was breathtaking—sea and sky blending into one. Soaking in the open-air bath (Onsen) in our guest room while gazing at the moon was an indescribably happy moment. Thanks to there being no TV on purpose, we were able to enjoy a digital detox and fully immerse ourselves in nature. Our daughter loved the pool too, so I would highly recommend it for families with children. The lounge bar offered an excellent variety of drinks and alcohol, and it was convenient and appreciated that we could bring them back to our Room. We would love to stay again.

A relaxing, tranquil Accommodation for adults. Watch the ever-changing sky, sea, and forest, and the sparkling stars; soak in the Onsen whenever you like; and enjoy high-quality meals... Above all, the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. During my stay, they never once asked for my name or Room number, and they even adjusted the end time of dinner to fit my spa Reservation. Thanks to their seamless communication and thoughtful care, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. I will be back again. Thank you very much.

This was our family’s first stay, and it was wonderful. With my birthday coming up the following week, we happened to mention it at check-in, and they surprised me at dinner with live music and a dessert—plus sweets as a gift—to celebrate! We hadn’t informed them in advance about the Reserver, so I was truly touched by the surprise. Thank you very much. All of the staff were professional—from guiding our car on arrival to explaining the Hotel, as well as the lounge and restaurant teams—and they made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff also greeted us warmly. The Facility was just as beautiful as in the photos, and everything—from the amenities to the in-room sweets and beverages—was thoughtfully selected, which really conveyed their hospitality. The restaurant meals for both breakfast and dinner were vibrant, uncompromising, and absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this top-class Accommodation. We will definitely return. I have been staying here for some time, and recently I always stay for three nights. Each time, the property is quiet and thoroughly cleaned throughout. The wonderful, delicious meals were excellent, and both the open-air bath and the large public bath were spotless. The background music was also pleasant. The Room has two rooms with a veranda, and it was the perfect size for just my spouse and me. The staff’s service was also good.

We stayed here for the first time on his birthday, and everything was wonderful. He was delighted and said it was the best Accommodation he has ever stayed at! The teppanyaki meal was delicious, and the Onsen temperature was adjusted so it could be enjoyed even in summer, making it very comfortable and relaxing. Next time, I’d like to visit again with him in winter!

We stayed for two nights during the Obon holiday period in August. From our email exchanges before arrival, we already felt this was a very attentive Accommodation, and our stay fully lived up to that impression. The Accommodation has the charm of a traditional Japanese Ryokan, yet it never feels outdated—rather, it offers an elegant and calming atmosphere. What impressed us most was how impeccably clean everything was wherever we went. Even in shared areas such as the lobby, the large public bath, and the massage area, we didn’t notice any dust or litter at all. Needless to say, the Room was also cleaned with great care, including the private open-air bath attached to it. The Onsen water temperature in our Room was just right, allowing us to soak and relax comfortably; even after bathing we stayed pleasantly warm, and we felt it was truly high-quality Onsen water. We only used the large public bath once or twice because it felt a bit shallow for us, but both the washing area and changing room were spacious and very comfortable to use. The private bath was also excellent; however, the only issue was that the tub surface inside was extremely slippery—I nearly slipped and fell. I later noticed there was a warning sign, but it might have been helpful if someone had mentioned this in advance. What made us happiest about both the large public bath and private baths was that towels (both sizes) and amenities were all provided there. These days many places ask guests to bring towels from their Room to shared baths (or private baths), which is always inconvenient and frustrating. Here, towels were available at every bathing area—and there were plenty of towels in the Room as well—so we could enjoy bathing very comfortably. The only Facility/amenity improvement I would hope for is regarding the indoor slippers provided in the building: they were quite tight around my toes and didn’t fit me well, so my toes rubbed painfully enough to peel skin. If possible, I would have appreciated having an alternative option such as sandals alongside them. The meals were delicious with no particular complaints; however, I’m giving four stars simply because I hope they will become even better going forward. Overall: a comfortable and spotless Accommodation; every staff member (including housekeeping) was genuinely polite yet friendly, with wonderful thoughtfulness throughout. It’s an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

Thank you for taking care of us on our family trip. Check-in while enjoying a welcome drink was a nice touch, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two bathing options: a free open-air bath and a large public bath, and we could even see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath. Dinner was delicious across the board; although we were full by the end of the meal, the house specialty “Izu Mabushi” was light and refreshing, so we enjoyed it easily. Breakfast featured a variety of side dishes served in small portions on multiple small plates—beautifully presented, and every dish was tasty. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options individually tailored—a perfect touch of luxury. Just before checking out, Mount Fuji appeared again as if bidding us farewell—it truly made this an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this accommodation as an absolute must

We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. In addition, all staff provided warm and attentive hospitality from start to finish, allowing us to spend a comfortable and luxurious time. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.
