Following the opening of “ONSEN RYOKAN YUEN Shinjuku” in Shinjuku, Tokyo in 2019, this is an Onsen Hotel Ryokan with open-air baths that opened in Sapporo, Hokkaido in August 2020. We offer an open-air Onsen bath supplied with hot spring water transported from the source at Karurusu Onsen (Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido), along with carefully selected ingredients from across Hokkaido. The concept of “ONSEN RYOKAN YUEN” is to “reimagine the essence of a Ryokan.” We refine the appeal of a Ryokan into spaces and services that are more accessible for urban travelers and international guests.
