Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We were satisfied with everything—the service, the Room, the bath, and the meals. The meals were so delicious that my mother, who usually has no appetite at all, finished everything. We truly hope to visit again. Thank you very much.

At breakfast, we were able to enjoy piping-hot fried fugu and skewered fried items, and our whole family agreed on how delicious everything was. There was a garden-style bath as well as various other baths, which we really enjoyed. We would love to come again and take our time re

It was my first time staying in Hagi, and I was moved by the wonderful scenery that truly lives up to the name “Hagi Hakkei.” I asked to change dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. so I could watch the sunset from my Room, and I was able to take my time enjoying the sun slowly sink

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.

The ocean view is spectacular from everywhere—your Room, the lobby, the Onsen, and even the private dining room. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day we arrived and rainy the next day, so we missed out; I’m sure it would have been an amazing view in clear weather. When I mentioned that a family member’s birthday was coming up soon, they arranged a surprise for us, which made both of us very happy. Some parts of the building do feel a bit old, but everyone—from the lobby staff to the servers—was genuinely pleasant. We were also treated to a complimentary welcome drink (including alcohol), and coffee was available free of charge. With all these thoughtful touches and warm service, our overall satisfaction more than made up for anything else. Highly recommended especially for those who enjoy sake. I’d love to visit again on a sunny day to enjoy the sunset.

Also, based on Reviews praising the service and cuisine, I selected a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. The staff were efficient yet kind, and the Room was very quiet, so I was able to truly unwind. The meals were thoughtfully arranged so hot dishes were served hot, and I

The spacious accommodation featured high ceilings, a balcony with an elegant jacuzzi, and a luxurious indoor bath. The twin beds were clean and comfortable. It was an unexpected treat that we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was refined and delicious, showcasing the craftsmanship

There were many oil paintings and other artworks on display, as well as a collection of silver coins and pottery such as Hagi ware, which was fun to look at. Breakfast was also excellent—the homemade bread became crispy and delicious when toasted in the toaster, and everything fr

I stayed as a solo guest. The room was truly right in front of the ocean, and whether I was in the living room, bedroom, or bath, the view of the blue sea was incredibly refreshing. Since cooking utensils were provided, I made a reservation with No Meals Included but enjoyed dinner at Amanoyu, a restaurant within the group facility. I also found it very appealing that I could access both the sake bar and onsen at Yokaikan, another group facility! I initially planned to relax and work in the villa but was pleasantly surprised to have access to such a spacious public bath! Working surrounded by the sea in such a spacious room was very fulfilling; next time, I'd love to try having a BBQ with friends. Thank you so much!
