Southern Okinawa Main Island × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

Our group of 10 family members across three households stayed here. The Facility and amenities were well equipped, and the children especially spent all their time playing in the pool and jacuzzi. Everyone was very satisfied, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for taking care of us during our 3-day, 2-night stay. We visited to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, we were able to enjoy a relaxing and healing trip. Thank you. At the beach below the Hotel, it was quite windy due to a low-pressure system, but we were still able to snorkel and see some fish. The Room was just the right size, and we could relax comfortably. We also enjoyed the private open-air bath on the 5th floor without worrying about time, which made for a very restful experience. The meals were delicious from the jimami potage onward. Breakfast was also just the right amount and very enjoyable. It felt like there were more Western guests than we expected. We heard that an annex is scheduled to be completed next year, so we are really looking forward to it. We would love to stay with you again next time.

The Room was spacious, the Facilities were excellent, and everything was kept very clean, making for a wonderful stay. I made a Reservation without breakfast, but changed it and tried it—everything was delicious. Each ingredient left a great impression. Best of all was the staff service; everyone was extremely courteous and made my stay very comfortable. The next time I stay in Naha, I would love to return.

The exterior and interior were modern, calm, and very comfortable. The view from the Room was great, and the bed was so comfortable that I was able to relax and unwind. When I requested a thermometer, they also brought water with it—thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Breakfast had a great balance of Okinawan dishes and standard options, so I could enjoy a wide variety of food. The large public bath was clean and easy to use as well. Thank you very much.

My Okinawa trip—I'm enjoying traveling with IKYU and staying in Club Rooms. Although your Hotel was not a Club Room property, it was eligible for IKYU Diamond, and as there happened to be availability, you kindly upgraded me by one rank. It was a View Bath Twin Room, where the Onsen minerals also come through in the in-room view bath. I would like to highly praise the quality of the Onsen public bath water. Perhaps because it contains iodine, even minor insect bites and small scars healed significantly. Being able to bathe from morning until night without being constrained by checkout time is wonderful. The slope to the main building was not bothersome, and I even enjoyed that walk as part of the experience. This has become a Hotel I would like to revisit when I return to Okinawa. I stayed for one night in an airport-view Room the day before returning home. It’s a great Room for aviation lovers, but since I love the sea, I think an ocean-view Room would have been nice too. In the Room, there were Okinawan sweets and tea set out with cute cups. The Onsen was well stocked with amenities and towels were provided, so it was fine to go empty-handed. The view from the standing bath was wonderful. Breakfast was a buffet with chanpuru, tofu, and other Okinawan dishes—comforting home-style flavors and very delicious. There were buses to Kokusai-dori and the airport, which was convenient. The contrast of the sea and sky viewed from Umikaji Terrace with airplanes overhead was also beautiful.

Everything was outstanding! The Room was lovely, and the amenities had a wonderful fragrance that truly helped us relax. The lounge was self-service, but we had no trouble at all—there were delicious alcoholic drinks, snacks, as well as drinks and treats for children, so we were very satisfied. Although it’s a Hotel in the city center, access from the Room to the pool was convenient. Our three children played a lot in the pool on the second floor and were very happy. Breakfast served in the Room was also delicious, and we were impressed by the flawless hospitality. It’s a shame we could only stay one night. We would love to stay again when we visit Naha. The Room is spacious, and the Hotel is very clean. The drink bar from evening to night was also very relaxing and great. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious! I will definitely stay here again next time!

Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I always stay here. No matter when I visit, the staff’s warm hospitality makes me feel relaxed and at home. This time, we came for a family birthday, and it became a wonderful memory. It’s a Hotel where you can unwind with peace of mind, thanks to the consistently welcoming service that never changes in the best way. I’ve already made my next Reservation as well. I’m looking forward to staying again.

From the moment I entered the Room, it felt spacious and open. The Room was also a relaxing place to unwind on my own. I was happy to have Shuri miso soup for breakfast, but it would have been even better with some ingredients in it.

I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were courteous, and the large public bath also had a sauna and a cold plunge pool. The capsule area was secured with roll-down curtains, so I felt safe and comfortable. As this is a capsule-style Accommodation, there were many younger guests, but the age range was actually quite broad. There were also many international guests, but etiquette was clearly communicated, so I had no inconvenience or complaints during my stay. I think this Facility is especially good for those who plan to explore the city or be out during the day. It seemed that the bath drainage clogs easily; on the second day, overflow water from the cold plunge pool spilled into the changing room. The manager came and carried out maintenance. When I used the bath afterward, it had been resolved, which gave me confidence that maintenance is handled properly. They also kept my luggage until evening after checkout, which was very helpful.

This was my first time staying at Storyline, and I was extremely satisfied—the place was very clean and the location was great! I usually stay at large Hotels, so I was a little worried about the Facilities, but after staying here I had no issues at all. When making my Reservation, I shared my Room preferences, and you prepared a Room that perfectly matched my request—I was truly delighted!! Both the building and the Room were carefully cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless. Breakfast wasn’t the typical buffet style; instead, we could put whatever food and drinks we wanted into a basket and eat anywhere in the Hotel. It was my first time experiencing that, and it was so much fun! My once-a-year reward trip turned into something really special!! I’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

The large public bath was a wonderful amenity. Breakfast was delicious too—I ended up eating more than I meant to.

This was my second stay. I really appreciate that bath amenities include bath salts. The Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, so it was great being able to watch Netflix and YouTube. I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise. I thought the breakfast was better than last time. There were also some dishes I hadn’t seen before (I can’t remember the name, but something like fish tempura mixed with a sauce?), and it was delicious! All-you-can-eat Blue Seal ice cream is also a big plus. (You scoop it yourself with a disher.) There were three flavors, and I went back for seconds twice. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely book breakfast again.

I stayed here for my mother’s birthday trip. This was actually my second trip to Okinawa Island, and the very first Hotel I stayed at on my very first Okinawa trip was also Hotel Palm Royal Resort (about 20 years ago). They kindly upgraded our Room for free, and when I arrived soaked from heavy rain that day, a woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me a towel. The hospitality was truly wonderful! Breakfast was also delicious! The staff were very friendly and even chose a recommended seat for us. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this one has the best hospitality by far. It felt like coming home. I’d love to stay again. Thank you so much!!

Due to Typhoon No. 9, our return was delayed by two days, so we urgently made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Since we have a large family and lots of luggage, it was a huge help that you allowed us to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without changing Rooms at our request. The Room was spacious with plenty of space even for five people, and it was a smoking Room, which made my husband very happy. We also appreciated that breakfast was included. Kokusai-dori and the supermarket are within walking distance, so we went shopping twice—during the day and at night—and were able to take our time. Next time we visit Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again. The typhoon had really brought our spirits down, but we were able to relax, and I’m glad we chose this place. Thank you very much.

I was satisfied because the Room had a TV and free Wi-Fi. There was enough space to stretch out my legs and sleep comfortably. It wasn’t noisy at night, so I could sleep normally (if you’re worried, earplugs will do). Since it was a hot summer day, the free drinks were very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast. The large public bath facilities were also very well equipped.

This was our first stay on the Club Floor in two years, and thanks to your courteous and pleasant service from check-in onward, we had a very comfortable time. Maybe it’s Okinawa, maybe it’s The Terrace Hotels—either way, the juice in this lounge always tastes especially delicious. We also visited the newly introduced nightcap service, and it was wonderful to relax after dinner with coffee at Maroad. There were piano performances on both nights; each pianist arranged familiar tunes from Studio Ghibli and Disney that anyone can enjoy, and my wife and I had fun listening while guessing the song titles. A lounge staff member who assisted us two years ago even remembered us—just as my wife and I had hoped—and we truly enjoyed chatting together. This time we also used the gym and La Sima for the first time, and my wife was delighted, saying, “This was our most enjoyable stay at The Naha Terrace ever!” Thank you again to all of your staff. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

It was excellent. The morning after my stay, I had booked marine activities early, so I couldn’t take my time enjoying breakfast, which was truly disappointing and is my only regret. The menu selection was very satisfying. The slippers were also wonderfully plush. If I have the chance to stay in Naha again, I’d like to use this Accommodation.
