The large public bath was a wonderful amenity. Breakfast was delicious too—I ended up eating more than I meant to.

Within walking distance of Tomari Port, it’s an ideal location for those heading out to the Kerama Islands. There’s nothing to fault—everything from the cleanliness of the Room to the front desk service is excellent. The thoughtful touches, such as complimentary drinks, are impressive, and having a pool is another big plus. Personally, I highly recommend it. It feels like there are many international guests and a lively crowd. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it may not suit those who prefer a quiet Accommodation.

This was our first stay on the Club Floor in two years, and thanks to your courteous and pleasant service from check-in onward, we had a very comfortable time. Maybe it’s Okinawa, maybe it’s The Terrace Hotels—either way, the juice in this lounge always tastes especially delicious. We also visited the newly introduced nightcap service, and it was wonderful to relax after dinner with coffee at Maroad. There were piano performances on both nights; each pianist arranged familiar tunes from Studio Ghibli and Disney that anyone can enjoy, and my wife and I had fun listening while guessing the song titles. A lounge staff member who assisted us two years ago even remembered us—just as my wife and I had hoped—and we truly enjoyed chatting together. This time we also used the gym and La Sima for the first time, and my wife was delighted, saying, “This was our most enjoyable stay at The Naha Terrace ever!” Thank you again to all of your staff. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Everything was outstanding! The Room was lovely, and the amenities had a wonderful fragrance that truly helped us relax. The lounge was self-service, but we had no trouble at all—there were delicious alcoholic drinks, snacks, as well as drinks and treats for children, so we were very satisfied. Although it’s a Hotel in the city center, access from the Room to the pool was convenient. Our three children played a lot in the pool on the second floor and were very happy. Breakfast served in the Room was also delicious, and we were impressed by the flawless hospitality. It’s a shame we could only stay one night. We would love to stay again when we visit Naha. The exterior and interior were modern, calm, and very comfortable. The view from the Room was great, and the bed was so comfortable that I was able to relax and unwind. When I requested a thermometer, they also brought water with it—thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Breakfast had a great balance of Okinawan dishes and standard options, so I could enjoy a wide variety of food. The large public bath was clean and easy to use as well. Thank you very much.

I always stay here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. This time as well, I stayed in the Club Lounge. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed a truly luxurious and relaxing time while having an Orion beer. I had a great time at the pool with my children, and with easy access to Kokusai-dori, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. I look forward to staying again next time.

The Room was spacious, the Facilities were excellent, and everything was kept very clean, making for a wonderful stay. I made a Reservation without breakfast, but changed it and tried it—everything was delicious. Each ingredient left a great impression. Best of all was the staff service; everyone was extremely courteous and made my stay very comfortable. The next time I stay in Naha, I would love to return.

It was a family trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The Room was stylish, and the open storage space made it easy to use. The large sofa and TV were very comfortable. Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I always stay here. No matter when I visit, the staff’s warm hospitality makes me feel relaxed and at home. This time, we came for a family birthday, and it became a wonderful memory. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, and MaxValu is just a short walk away. It’s also close to Miebashi Station on the monorail, and Kokusai-dori is right nearby. The location was incredibly convenient. The front desk and the room were very clean, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, there were free Blue Seal ice cream and drinks—my child even said, “I want to stay here forever.” I was amazed we could stay at this price during summer vacation; everything was perfect. The staff were also very pleasant, so we’ll definitely stay again when visiting Naha.

This was my second stay. I really appreciate that bath amenities include bath salts. The Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, so it was great being able to watch Netflix and YouTube. I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise. I thought the breakfast was better than last time. There were also some dishes I hadn’t seen before (I can’t remember the name, but something like fish tempura mixed with a sauce?), and it was delicious! All-you-can-eat Blue Seal ice cream is also a big plus. (You scoop it yourself with a disher.) There were three flavors, and I went back for seconds twice. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely book breakfast again.

It was excellent. The morning after my stay, I had booked marine activities early, so I couldn’t take my time enjoying breakfast, which was truly disappointing and is my only regret. The menu selection was very satisfying. The slippers were also wonderfully plush. If I have the chance to stay in Naha again, I’d like to use this Accommodation.

I stayed here for my mother’s birthday trip. This was actually my second trip to Okinawa Island, and the very first Hotel I stayed at on my very first Okinawa trip was also Hotel Palm Royal Resort (about 20 years ago). They kindly upgraded our Room for free, and when I arrived soaked from heavy rain that day, a woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me a towel. The hospitality was truly wonderful! Breakfast was also delicious! The staff were very friendly and even chose a recommended seat for us. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this one has the best hospitality by far. It felt like coming home. I’d love to stay again. Thank you so much!!

This is our third consecutive year staying here. We are highly satisfied in every way. The breakfast bread selection is especially outstanding. There are many Resort Hotels in Okinawa, but this one offers by far the best hospitality. We will visit again in January.

My Okinawa trip—I'm enjoying traveling with IKYU and staying in Club Rooms. Although your Hotel was not a Club Room property, it was eligible for IKYU Diamond, and as there happened to be availability, you kindly upgraded me by one rank. It was a View Bath Twin Room, where the Onsen minerals also come through in the in-room view bath. I would like to highly praise the quality of the Onsen public bath water. Perhaps because it contains iodine, even minor insect bites and small scars healed significantly. Being able to bathe from morning until night without being constrained by checkout time is wonderful. The slope to the main building was not bothersome, and I even enjoyed that walk as part of the experience. This has become a Hotel I would like to revisit when I return to Okinawa. Thank you very much."

Thank you very much for taking care of us during our 3-day, 2-night stay. We visited to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, we were able to enjoy a relaxing and healing trip. Thank you. At the beach below the Hotel, it was quite windy due to a low-pressure system, but we were still able to snorkel and see some fish. The Room was just the right size, and we could relax comfortably. We also enjoyed the private open-air bath on the 5th floor without worrying about time, which made for a very restful experience. The meals were delicious from the jimami potage onward. Breakfast was also just the right amount and very enjoyable. It felt like there were more Western guests than we expected. We heard that an annex is scheduled to be completed next year, so we are really looking forward to it. We would love to stay with you again next time.

This was my second stay. From the ocean-view Room, I could see the sea, sky, and runway in the distance, and sometimes even watch airplanes—such a wonderful time. It may depend on the floor; I stayed on the 8th floor. The staff were all kind, and on rainy days they lent me an umbrella near the entrance. When I asked the front desk about places I wanted to visit again, they kindly gave me detailed information. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including some Okinawan-style dishes. It was also very convenient to have a 24-hour supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away. For this price, it’s comfortable, friendly, and convenient—highly recommended Hotel.
