Hakata × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

We stayed in a Premier Twin Room for three people. It was compact but very functional and easy to use, and it felt new and clean, so we had a comfortable stay. [What we liked] - The shower and hair dryer were ReFa; the shower mist in particular felt amazing. - The bath and toilet were separate, which was very helpful for three people. - The bed had a wonderfully soft, springy feel and was extremely comfortable. The pillow height and firmness were just right, so I slept soundly. (I often struggle to find beds or pillows that suit me, so I was impressed!) - There was a Nespresso machine, and the cups and saucers were stylish—enjoying delicious coffee in the Room was a treat. - A convenience store is nearby, which is handy. It’s also just two stops from Hakata with great access; if you go through the commercial complex connected to the station, you can get there with almost no time spent walking outside. (It was a hot day, so this really helped.) - Although it faces a main road, the hotel interior was very quiet. - I called the front desk with a question late at night (and felt bad about it), but they responded kindly and politely. I’d definitely like to stay here again next time I visit Hakata!

From the photos, I initially thought we would have to climb stairs to enter, but the building is designed so you can take an elevator down to the basement, which made our stay with my elderly mother easy and comfortable. The design is outstanding, and after entering you first arrive at the basement front desk and lounge—an exciting start that really builds anticipation. The Room was bright and open, with a very spacious bathroom; the sink area is separate and close to the bedroom, making it extremely convenient and comfortable overall. This is a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

Despite being in the midst of Tenjin’s urban bustle, I was able to spend a serene time that felt like a different world. I was highly satisfied with everything from the hospitality and Facility to the amenities and dining. This stay reaffirmed for me the essential value of Hotel service: forgetting everyday life, relaxing, and recharging for tomorrow. In particular, the “perfectly balanced sense of distance” in the service throughout the Hotel and the pleasantly unpretentious atmosphere were truly comfortable. As one of Fukuoka’s premier luxury hotels, it isn’t an experience I can have often, but it left a lasting impression and is a Hotel I would love to stay at again someday.

This was my second consecutive week staying here. It’s a bit far from Hakata Station and Tenjin, but it’s still within a 20-minute walk, so it was acceptable. The Facility feels a little old overall, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. The large public bath was spacious, and there was also a sauna, so I could relax after work and recover from fatigue.

From the moment we checked in, we received the warmest welcome. After a long trip from Tochigi Prefecture, we were tired, but your kindness truly touched us. During our stay, we spoke with the front desk staff several times, and everyone was full of hospitality, making our stay very comfortable. The Room was also very clean, with the bath and toilet separated. Thanks to your hotel, we were able to fully enjoy our first trip to Fukuoka. Thank you very much!

The front desk staff were truly kind, the view from the corner Room was amazing, and I really appreciate that it was spacious and clean with all amenities properly prepared in the Room! The bathroom and other water facilities were spotless as well. The location is great, and when I come to Fukuoka again, I’d love to stay here. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.

The location is practically Tenjin (nearest station: Akasaka), making it convenient not only for the office district around Nakasu and Hakata, but also for shopping areas like Tenjin and Yakuin, as well as academic neighborhoods such as Nishijin. Whenever I end up staying in Fukuoka on short notice, I always rely on this Accommodation. My stays in Fukuoka are usually packed and physically demanding, but it’s reassuring that there are Rooms with separate bath and toilet and a bathtub where you can stretch out your legs. On top of that, the 12:00 checkout Plan is available, so I can comfortably stay out late entertaining clients. That said, I oversleep every time and still haven’t made it to breakfast—but that’s just part of the charm. Next time I stay, I plan to fully enjoy breakfast as well.

It was my first stay in a while. Last time, it was shortly after the opening. The Room was clean and comfortable. I think it would be nice if there were a cold bath in the large public bath.

I planned a trip to Fukuoka as a birthday treat for myself, and I had a very comfortable stay at the Miyako Hotel. The Facility and Room were, of course, wonderful, but what I remember most is how courteous and kind all the staff were. Even as a foreign guest, they treated me warmly and gladly accommodated several requests. Thanks to them, it was truly a pleasant trip. I sincerely appreciate it.

This time I couldn’t reserve a corner Room, but the twin Room was still very comfortable. The Room is always kept clean, but this time there was leftover ice cream from the previous guest in the freezer. That was disappointing. However, I believe this was just an accident, and every time I stay here it is always clean and comfortable. It’s also very close to Hakata Station, so the location is extremely convenient. I will stay here again.

It’s a short walk from the station (bus stop), but I think it’s an easy distance to walk. The Room had everything we needed, and it was wonderful that drinks and light snacks were available until 10:00 pm. The snack cakes were delicious. All the staff were courteous and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

I visit Fukuoka often, but this was my first time staying here. The Plan was reasonably priced, and the location in front of Hakata Station was very convenient. Although it was a single Room, it had been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked and really helpful. The lobby staff were also excellent. With more foreign-owned Hotels increasing these days, I was reminded once again how pleasant and wonderful the attentive hospitality and service unique to Japanese city Hotels can be. I would like to stay here again.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. Because the bathroom and toilet are separate, the three of us were able to stay comfortably and relax. There were three beds, so we had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The shuttle bus to Hakata Station was also very helpful.

On my first trip to Fukuoka, I chose a Hotel near the airport because I had an early morning flight. There was an uphill road and it was a bit of a walk from the airport to the Hotel, but still within walking distance. There was also a large public bath, and it was clean and relaxing. The shampoo and other amenities were POLA, and the basic skincare products were Sekkisei, so I was glad I could use them even with sensitive skin. They kindly provided a free shuttle bus to the airport in time for my early morning flight, which was very helpful. It was a short stay, but I was satisfied.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the late-night soba and the complimentary ice cream after the bath, and it was great to have an Onsen as well. It made me want to stay at other Dormy Inn locations too.
