I’ve stayed here many times. It’s clean, the staff are wonderful, and even a single Room is spacious enough with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. I recently learned it’s part of the Royal Host group—no wonder the food is so good. You can also enjoy Osaka specialties, and there’s a wide variety of drinks such as tea. Thank you for the great meal. I’ll be back again.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

I only stayed overnight and didn’t have any meals, but the Facility was very clean. Whenever I messaged via LINE, I got an immediate reply, and the explanations were provided by video, so there was no need to talk back and forth, which allowed me to secure plenty of personal time. I’d like to use it again.

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

Located in the heart of Shinsekai, it was very convenient and I was very satisfied. I would have preferred a slightly larger toilet, but the value for money is excellent. I would like to stay again.

I stayed the night before a hospital appointment, and it was so close that I didn’t have to worry even if I overslept. The Hotel is simple, and the front desk is pleasantly straightforward without being overly friendly. However, the unit bath shower curtain smelled. Since it’s between two stations, there are few shops or convenience stores nearby, which is inconvenient, but the area is quiet, easy to walk around, and safe.

I’ve stayed here many times. The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean, and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days, so I’m always grateful! It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period, but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen) from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.

There was a refrigerator under the desk, so I couldn’t work at the desk. I wish this had been clearly stated in the Reservation details. I arrived exhausted and just wanted to finish my work in my Room, so I was really disappointed. According to Reviews, it seems guests could freely use the restaurant on the 2nd floor, but there was no guidance about that. It’s probably a popular Hotel, but the walls are quite scratched. Even considering that, the price is reasonable. I didn’t mind the surrounding atmosphere since I’m the type who finds it interesting. Depending on where I need to go for work, I would stay again.

When I was having trouble using the check-in machine, a staff member kindly approached me and helped me check in smoothly. Since I was planning to leave early the next morning, I asked how to store my luggage at checkout, and they reassured me that they would be there in the morning as well, so I was able to check out very smoothly. The Room is compact and clean. Slippers and a robe are provided, so you can stay comfortably. There is no bathtub, but it’s recommended for those who just need a quick shower!

I stayed here for a concert trip. It was very reasonably priced, yet I had a private room, and the separate toilet and bath made it very comfortable. The receptionist was also very friendly and kindly explained everything in detail. I’d definitely like to stay here again!

Located just steps from the subway exit. Despite my late arrival, the staff provided courteous service, which was very reassuring. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great value, good Facility, friendly service, and complimentary morning coffee—I've stayed here many times. If I had to mention one drawback, the shared refrigerator that guests can use for free sometimes has a rotten smell.

I used this place again for the first time in several years, and I was surprised at how much cleaner and nicer it has become. I’d like to stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times. The front desk staff are always pleasant, every time. They’re more courteous than at most other hotels. This time, the large public bath was at the neighboring hotel, but for some reason very hot water kept pouring in nonstop, and it was too hot to get into the tub. Could it have been a prank by another guest...? Other than that, the service is great, towels are available to use now, and the toilets are always kept clean and comfortable.

Every time I visit Osaka, I stay at this chain of accommodations. Despite being very affordable, the rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent access. Complimentary drinks are available in the lobby. Additionally, this accommodation offers a women-only large public bath. While room wear and bath towels are available for an additional fee, the value for money is outstanding, so I plan to continue using it in the future.

I didn’t used to come to this area much, but these days it gets crowded with backpackers from overseas, so you need to go a bit further in to find a safe and secure Accommodation. The Room has all the basic essentials, and it was quiet at night so I could sleep well. From the morning, it’s easy to get anywhere by subway or JR, and above all it’s very affordable, which really helps. I’ll upload some photos.

As expected of a top-class Hotel. The Hotel staff provided excellent service, making this an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. The meals were plentiful and satisfying, but the amount of fruit felt a bit limited. The location offers outstanding access to sightseeing and dining. We arrived by car, so it would be great if there were a partnered parking lot available.

The Room was clean and had air conditioning, and I was especially satisfied with the large, deep public bath!

Although they are upper and lower capsule Rooms, the Rooms are separated, so it was comfortable. I tried studying at the front desk once, but no matter where I sat, the cool air made me feel cold after about an hour. The shared space on the 10th floor was a bit difficult to use for that purpose, so I would be happy if there were a more comfortable place on the 1st floor where I could use my laptop.

The front desk staff were very helpful. It was also great that I could watch YouTube in the Room.
