Do you know the plant called Japanese honeysuckle (Suikazura)? Written as “enduring winter,” it has long been used as a medicinal herb. Here in Inuyama, it was transformed into sake, supporting the health of local people for 400 years. Our Accommodation is set in the brewery and main house where this honeysuckle sake has been crafted, offering a place to experience the “healthy living” and “gentle time” this plant teaches us. All of it, within the quiet streetscape of Inuyama, just a little away from the bustle. May a cup of sake, a simple meal, and the fragrance of a single flower bring gentle space to your mind and body.

Single rooms feature double-sized beds (140cm) suitable for double occupancy. Twin rooms can accommodate up to four guests—ideal for families or groups.Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Inuyama Station West Exit and within walking distance of Inuyama Castle, making it an excellent base for your stay. Free parking is available for up to 40 vehicles (30 spaces in the first parking lot and 10 in the second). The second parking lot also includes EV charging stations.Breakfast is served buffet-style featuring "Aichi no Kaori" rice sourced from local contract farmers—a popular choice among guests. With its varied daily menu options, it’s perfect even for those on multiple night stays.
