Our Property is a small, cozy inn (a minshuku with six rooms) run by a couple in their 40s, located in front of Tateyama Port. We offer warm hospitality with unpretentious, homemade countryside seafood dinners and a private-use Onsen medicinal bath, "Maru-no-Yu." As a Property, we boast the closest access to Tateyama's scenic spots, including the walkable uninhabited island "Okinoshima" and the famous fishing spot "Tateyama Port" (just a 30-second walk), making it the perfect location to enjoy marine leisure activities! Our Property features an attached "Rental Fishing Rod Shop," where you can enjoy a hands-free [Sea Fishing Experience], a service that has been highly praised! Choose your favorite fishing spot and Let’s Fishing! All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a personal-use mini fridge to ensure a comfortable stay. Within a 2-minute walk, you'll find a "fishing gear shop, izakaya, and laundry facilities," and a convenience store is just a 2-minute drive away. JR Tateyama Station is only a 5-minute drive, making it extremely convenient. We welcome guests for sightseeing, business trips, solo travel, workations, and more. Our Property operates on a self-service stay style, allowing us to offer more affordable pricing. While we cannot provide the dedicated attendants, spacious rooms with stunning views, extensive services, or luxurious grandeur of a Hotel or Ryokan, we strive to make the most of the advantages of a small Property by offering flexible and speedy responses. Approximately 200m from JR Tateyama Station, with the sea right in front of the Property! You can enjoy a panoramic view of Tateyama Bay from the Rooms in the main building. Our Property is divided into a main building and an annex, making it suitable for tourism, business, training camps, and more. There is a vending machine for beverages and light snacks (such as sweets and cup noodles) in the passageway connecting to the annex, which you are welcome to use. Shared facilities include a refrigerator, microwave, and T-fal. Additionally, for those staying for business purposes, there are over 100 dining options (sushi, ramen, Italian, yakiniku, izakaya, snacks, and more) within a 200m radius, including convenience stores and family restaurants.

A seaside pension with all Rooms offering ocean views, located a two-hour drive from the city center along the seaside road. The property spans 500 tsubo (approximately 1,650 square meters) with a spacious layout of 8 Rooms. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, a secret spot with few visitors even in summer. With both rocky areas and sandy shores, it’s perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and more. You can easily come and go in your swimwear. Enjoy the star-filled sky on clear nights, sunsets sinking into the horizon from autumn to winter, and the natural beauty you can’t experience in the city. The single cottage on the property features a private wooden deck where you can enjoy BBQs year-round. Relax and unwind while gazing at the Pacific Ocean in the mild climate of Minami-Boso, which is pleasant throughout the year.
