Thank you very much for the complimentary upgrade this time. The front desk staff are always pleasant, and the Room is always thoroughly cleaned and feels very fresh and spotless. I have to visit the hospital regularly, but staying at this Hotel is truly relaxing for me. Thank you as always.

I couldn't have breakfast due to my early departure, but I appreciated the nutritional drink and nougat provided.

Close to the station, the Room was clean, and it was comfortable and just right for a Business Hotel. Being able to use the Onsen also made it feel like a great value. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night with a same-day Reservation. The Hotel was spotless throughout, and as others have said, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. There is no parking at the Hotel, but I was able to park at the coin-operated lot in front of the Hotel for a maximum of 1,500 yen. It is also directly connected to Otakanomori SC, which is very convenient, and I would like to stay here again.

There are few Hotels near Kashiwanoha-campus Station, and they tend to be expensive, so I was having trouble. However, this Hotel was reasonably priced and fit within my business trip Accommodation budget. The Room was spacious and very clean, and I was satisfied. Above all, it was great that there is a large public bath. Since it was late at night, walking from the station meant taking a rather quiet road, and it took about 15 minutes on foot from the station, which was the only downside—but otherwise it was excellent.

A very nice hotel. I was simply looking for a place to stay, so I felt a little intimidated when I first saw the building from the outside. The polite gentleman at the front desk immediately made me feel comfortable. Not ostentatiously luxurious, yet quite elegant. Quiet room, fabulous view, good facilities, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely return if I needed accommodation in the area again.

When I informed them that the parking lot was full and I couldn’t park, the male staff member at the front desk handled it extremely well, which left a very positive impression.\nThis was my second stay, and the Facility is clean. It’s a convenient Hotel with a convenience store on the first floor that you can access directly.

The Room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The bed was so cozy that I only meant to lie down for a moment but ended up falling asleep, which was an unexpected mishap since I had planned to fully enjoy the Room. I stayed for one night this time, but it made me want to stay another night. Breakfast the next morning was delicious.

The Room was clean and spacious, and the bedding—including the pillows—was thoughtfully maintained to prevent odors, making for a very comfortable stay. I stayed here due to moving and was completely exhausted, but I was able to rest well. The bathroom was also spacious, which was great. I’ve stayed at other Sotetsu Fresa Inn locations as well and think they offer excellent value for money.

I was looking for a place near the station and found this good old Hotel at an affordable price, and it was very clean. One thing to note: there are stairs up to the entrance if you have large luggage. There is a ramp, but it is quite steep, so I couldn’t roll my suitcase up. This is something to keep in mind when making a Reservation.

I was a little worried because it’s unmanned, but I received an email and a phone call in advance, which put me at ease. It’s more of a Room than a Hotel. I only went there to sleep, but I wish I had arrived earlier! The Room is clean and comfortable. The entrance has an automatic lock, so it’s best to have your smartphone screen ready before you get there. I fumbled with it outside. The toothbrush comes with toothpaste on it, so since I always brush at night and in the morning, I thought it might be nice to have a small tube of toothpaste as well. Also, I’d like a chair in the bathroom.

When making my Reservation, I learned there was a Plan with a 1:00 PM checkout for a small additional fee, so I decided right away. Despite the uncertain weather due to the typhoon, we were able to relax and enjoy watching baseball on BS with my family.
