We stayed the day before our daughter’s honeymoon. After letting you know in advance that it was a surprise, it seems she was welcomed with an adorable bath towel arrangement. Thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. In fact, 31 years ago we also stayed here before our own honeymoon. You were extremely kind then as well, and your consistently warm service reminded us why this is truly Hotel Nikko. Your car storage during the trip and the limousine bus service are also very helpful. Whenever we depart from Narita, we will definitely choose to stay here. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here for a trip departing from Narita Airport. The Facility isn’t brand-new, but it’s more than sufficient for the price. The bath was spacious, so I could soak and relieve my fatigue. Amenities, including bath salts, are selected from in front of the front desk. There was a wide variety of tea, and options like honey tea were delicious. Buses to Narita Airport ran every hour starting in the 6 a.m. hour, so I took the first one and had plenty of time. When I wasn’t sure which departure time to choose, the front desk staff kindly said, “If it were me, I’d choose an earlier time,” which made me very happy.

I stayed here because I was using Narita Airport the next day. I booked in a hurry and accidentally made a duplicate Reservation on another travel site, but thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, one of them was canceled. Thank you very much.

The service was very thoughtful. The Room was extremely clean, and the amenities were well stocked. It is also very close to Narita Airport, making it highly convenient. This time I used Narita for an early morning flight, so my stay was short, but I would like to relax and spend more time here next time.

Although minimal, the Facility was well equipped. In addition to two provided chairs, there was also a chair suitable for desk work, which seemed convenient for business use.

Due to the recent heavy rain disaster, we stayed at Yachiyo Midorigaoka and Narita. The semi-double Room was spacious enough for my daughter and me, and it was very clean. I was too tired to use the large public bath, so I used the in-room shower instead, but the amenities were well stocked, so it would have been fine even if we had arrived with hardly any luggage. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if anything comes up. Thank you very much.

I booked a two-night stay for plane spotting with the [Runway View & Breakfast] Runway-Side RW16 Plan. The view from the Room was outstanding, and on the second day I spent the afternoon through evening fully focused on shooting while watching the runway. It was extremely hot that day, so it was great to be able to take my time photographing in an air-conditioned Room. I will definitely visit again!

It was a Plan that included both breakfast and dinner buffet-style. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of sweets, which was great. Breakfast had fewer items left compared to dinner, and it would have been nice to have a few more sweet options. The seating area was spacious, which was good.

We stayed during the summer vacation period. There were many families with children, and the pool was crowded, but we still enjoyed it. As other Reviews mention, the in-house Facilities are undeniably dated, but everything felt clean and it was a pleasant stay. There may not be many power outlets. The air conditioning wasn’t very strong, so the Room felt warm. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, but it exceeded them—the open-kitchen omelets were delicious, and I especially liked the chilled yuzu ramen. For those who enjoy a drink in the morning, there was also wine available, so I think you can relax. If you’re looking to have fun nearby with access to a pool included, this is a good option. We would like to stay again.

During the summer holidays, we didn’t have plans to travel far, so we wanted to enjoy a vacation feel nearby and stayed here for the first time. With a location overlooking the airport, a comfortable Room, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, it was a wonderful stay. Given the location, there were many international guests and airline crew members, which made it feel like a little trip abroad. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The free shuttle bus from Narita Airport was very convenient. We had planned to have dinner at Narita Airport, but choosing the Hotel buffet was the right decision. There was steak as well, and it was very tender and delicious—our grandchild loved it too. The dessert selection was also plentiful and enjoyable. The front desk staff were courteous and kindly provided helpful information. We could see airplanes from our Room, which everyone enjoyed. Having the bath and toilet in one space gave us pause, but the bathtub was relatively deep and spacious, so we could soak up to our shoulders comfortably. Given the location, there were many international guests, but most were Western visitors who observed good manners, so we were able to spend a quiet stay. Thank you very much.

It’s a bit far from the station, but that’s exactly why it offers excellent value for money! I’m slightly concerned that there are many foreign guests.

Used for an overnight stay after traveling abroad. The Onsen is very relaxing, and the meals are exceptionally delicious. The staff are wonderful as well, and it has become our go-to Accommodation after every trip.

This was my fifth stay. The building feels a bit nostalgic, and that adds to the atmosphere—like a classic Resort Hotel—where you can relax without putting on airs. My summer highlight is the outdoor pool. You can use your own float without any hesitation, so I just drifted under the blue sky. Doing absolutely nothing by the pool is the best. We didn’t dine at the Hotel this time, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to go out for meals. I also appreciate being able to choose based on how I feel each day, even on a Multiple Night Stay. And every time, what stands out is how friendly the staff are. They always greet you with a smile whenever you pass them in the building, which makes for a very pleasant stay. Their warmth—speaking to you naturally rather than formally—is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this Hotel. It’s not like the latest luxury Hotels; it’s a place with a nostalgic charm where you can truly unwind. This trip made for another wonderful summer vacation. I’ll be back again to relax.

When my credit card did not respond during payment and caused a delay, the front desk staff immediately assisted me. They also upgraded my Room for free. Additionally, there is a free shuttle bus running between Narita Airport and the Hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, I think it was an excellent Hotel. I will use it again.

From the moment we checked in, we were truly touched by your warm, thoughtful hospitality. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant, and everything was delicious. I planned to pile up on the Häagen-Dazs from the buffet, but everything else was so good that I could only manage one scoop... The French toast that gets great Review is a must-try. We will definitely visit again.

As this trip coincided with the heavy rain disaster in Chiba, we stayed here on short notice. The services needed for our stay were efficient and fully sufficient. Using the laundry was also smooth. We were glad to find a new Accommodation near Narita.
