The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

This was our second stay with children. Last time, we stayed after visiting Disney. Located inside Kasai Rinkai Park, it’s perfect for letting kids play. This Plan included breakfast, and the food was excellent—no surprise given it’s part of the Okura group. Dinner wasn’t included in the Plan, but we used the restaurant and it was delicious as well. The large public bath was clean and spacious. There aren’t many Hotels in Tokyo with such a large bath, so it was very relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially to our child. They also stored our luggage on both check-in and check-out days, and we could rest in the lobby and reorganize our bags, which was a big help while spending time in the park with our child. This was my first stay. I found this Hotel online at short notice, but the 12:00 checkout and child-friendly breakfast appealed to me. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here to visit Keisei Rose Garden. It’s not right next to the station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot, so the location is fine. It’s a stylish Hotel. The TV in my Room was 50 inches—very large. They set up a DVD player for me, so I watched Mozart’s opera “Mitridate, King of Pontus.” You can also watch YouTube on the TV. The TV is excellent and easy to watch from the bed, which was great. Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality food, reasonable rates—and the TV is top-tier. It’s rated 5 out of 5, but honestly it deserves even more than that. One thing to note: there is an inner courtyard with an open atrium design that looks stylish, but if you’re afraid of heights it can be difficult when staying on higher floors. Because it’s open through multiple levels, walking along the corridors can feel scary. I stayed on the second floor and was fine, but if you don’t like heights you should book a Room on a lower floor. Checkout time is early, so I requested an extension at check-in. A two-hour extension cost 3,000 yen. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of items, but it was tasty and I was satisfied with it.

The Room was spotless and thoroughly cleaned, and the amenities were well stocked. I stayed with breakfast included; it was a buffet with a wide variety of options, and the dishes changed slightly each day, which was great. Also, I only found out after arriving that there was an Onsen, but it helped relieve my fatigue and was very relaxing.

It was my first time having a microwave in the room, and it was even more convenient than I expected. Everything was kept very clean, the TV was large and could play YouTube, and it was comfortable to live as usual even while traveling. The location is also great—no transfers needed on the Tozai Line, close to the station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants on the way from the station to the Hotel. It was so convenient that it made me want to live here. On top of that, maybe because it was a campaign rate, it was an excellent value—I could enjoy top-level comfort without overdoing it. It’s sure to become popular! A place I almost don’t want to share (lol).

I stayed here after enjoying Disney late into the night with my grandchild. Being able to stretch out and soak in the bathtub was truly appreciated—it helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. The foot massage also relieved tiredness and swelling in my legs. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, it’s more than sufficient. In the morning, there was hot coffee available at the welcome drink area, which was perfect for me since I have a daily coffee habit. I’d love to stay again.

A Disney trip with two young elementary school children. The Room was spacious, and the toilet and bathroom were also roomy, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing stay. The front desk and staff were wonderful, always helping us with smiles throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next Disney trip. Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, we were impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. The doorman who welcomed us was wonderful, and since we were traveling with a baby, they took great care of us—carrying our luggage to our Room and preparing a baby crib for us. We also used the bus to go to the park, and while we were waiting in the lobby, staff came over as soon as it arrived. Throughout our stay, we felt that everyone was extremely well trained and attentive. Our Room was spacious and comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options; the freshly baked bread, French toast, and beef ochazuke were especially delicious. They also guided us to seating with our child in a stroller in mind, which was very helpful. There was also a nursing room right outside the restaurant area, which made things much easier. We didn’t expect such a comfortable stay for this price point, so we felt it was an excellent Hotel. It seems there are many spacious Rooms available as well, making it a reassuring choice even for families with small children. To repeat once more, every staff member who assisted us provided warm and pleasant service. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again.

I fell ill on the day of my stay and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance, and everyone at the Hotel took great care of me. I later heard from a friend that your response at that time was truly outstanding. Even until checkout, you showed consideration for me in many ways. This stay turned out to be unexpected, but next time I would love to visit again and relax with a hotel staycation. Thank you very much for everything.

We planned a “family reunion” trip at the end of summer vacation and stayed at Maihama View Hotel by HULIC, Hearth Symphony Room—absolutely the right choice. Since it was our grandchild’s first time in Maihama just after turning one, we didn’t go to the Disney Resort; instead, we caught a glimpse of Disneyland’s “Reach for the Stars” from the Hotel, and the adults enjoyed the large bath and sauna. We also really enjoyed the lounge, which was available from 12:00 on our arrival day until 4:00 p.m. the next day. In central Tokyo Hotels it can be difficult to bring a baby into a lounge, so we chose Maihama this time, and everyone at this Hotel was truly kind to our baby—we were very grateful. Since there were four of us in one Room and a baby crib wouldn’t fit, we requested bed guards; when our grandchild got excited and kept moving around and we spoke with the front desk, they even surrounded two beds with bed guards for us. The amenities were excellent as well—bath salts, face masks, and more—making it a wonderful break for our daughter who is raising children. We’d love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for our first fan trip, and both the exterior and the interior were wonderful. We were very happy that our Room was upgraded for four guests. The staff were professional and courteous, which made our stay very comfortable. I was personally pleased to find bath salts among the amenities. For breakfast, we could make a Reservation via QR code at our preferred time, so we weren’t tied to a schedule and could head to the buffet at a relaxed pace. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all well-seasoned and delicious. With early-bird discounts and campaigns, the price was great value, making this an extremely satisfying fan trip. My friends were also very happy, and we’re already talking about staying here again. We look forward to seeing you next time as well. Thank you very much!!

I stayed at a discounted Room, and although there were a few minor scratches on the door and around the water fixtures, it didn’t bother me at all. Since it was raining, I really appreciated the shoe dryer in the Room—it was extremely helpful. The large public bath was also very clean and very relaxing.

The Hotel is new, clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. I spent most of my time working on my laptop in the Room, and it was quiet, so I was able to get a lot done. There are also many convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The Hotel also has vending machines and coin laundry facilities, so it seems popular with both business travelers and tourists. The Hotel staff were always kind as well. If I have plans in the area again, I would definitely stay at this Hotel next time.

We stayed the night before our child’s birthday trip to Disney. It has become an annual tradition for the past few years, and we always have a very comfortable stay. When I mentioned it was for a birthday at the time of Reservation, we were happy to find a lovely message card in our Room. The lounge is fantastic, with snacks and drinks available. There is also a convenience store on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. If you can’t find what you need there, there’s an station building nearby and an AEON mall just a short walk away. There is a shuttle bus to Disney, but it’s only one stop by train, so getting there is easy. We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay—thank you very much. We also went to the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied.

This was my first stay with my 4th-grade daughter. Not only the Room, but also the floor and elevators had a ship theme. We had just come back from DisneySea, so we felt a little sad to leave it behind, but once we entered the Hotel, we could immerse ourselves in that atmosphere again, which was wonderful. The Room and beds were small, but for two women it was not a problem at all. The bathroom is also small, so if you are staying with a man, I think a different type of Room would be better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of staples, main dishes, side dishes, and drinks, and everything was replenished quickly—it made for an enjoyable morning. The food was delicious and we could eat at a relaxed pace, so I’m glad we chose the plan with breakfast included.

Because our stay was short, we didn’t have much time to relax at the Hotel, but we still enjoyed a high-quality Hotel stay. We also received a complimentary Room upgrade this time, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff. Next time, I’d like to stay with more time to spare and enjoy the Hotel stay itself at a leisurely pace, including breakfast. This is a Hotel I can recommend for family stays as well.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was unpretentious, with comforting, nostalgic flavors that were easy to enjoy. In particular, the slightly sweet tamagoyaki—just like a mother would make—the gently flavored miso soup rich with dashi, and the kinpira gobo made it a truly memorable breakfast. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station at 9:30 PM and were worried whether the local bus would still be running, but we were able to get on right away. It took about five minutes, and the Hotel was very close to the stop, so getting there was extremely easy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Amenities and pajamas were available near the front desk, and everything we needed was provided, which was a big help. Our Room was a triple, but it didn’t feel too cramped; it was well cleaned and comfortable. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet areas. Breakfast had a smaller selection, but there were many items that made us want to try them, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. They happened to be holding a strawberry fair as well, so our child was happy to enjoy plenty of strawberries. We especially liked the fun options such as cotton candy, chocolate fondue, and make-your-own waffles. We only visited DisneySea, but using the shuttle bus both ways made it very convenient. With how easy it was to get from the station to the Hotel, how comfortable the Room was, and how good the value felt overall, we’d love to stay again in the future.
