We stayed at the First Resort for a Multiple Night Stay to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday and visited Disneyland. We had dinner at the Hotel and they also prepared a birthday cake for us. We are satisfied with the courteous and friendly service of the Hotel staff. M

The separate bath and toilet with a bathtub, as well as the ability to purchase a passport, were deciding factors for my stay. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted by an indescribably pleasant scent and an open atrium filled with a sense of spaciousness—a truly extraordinary

The Hotel staff even prepared seats for my daughters' Disney plush toys, showing exceptional hospitality! In the afternoon, we also used the lounge where popcorn and chocolates were provided for the kids while adults enjoyed coffee at leisure—it made our last day truly perfect

The indoor pool, arcade, orange juice vending machine, spacious and relaxing food court with an excellent menu selection, lounge, baths, bar counter, convenience store—everything was wonderful. It also left a great impression that staff were always present at the Hotel entrance.

I often stay at One Harmony accommodations, including Okura properties, but this is my first stay at Tokyo Bay in 6–7 years. The luxurious and elegant European-inspired design remains unchanged, with its graceful white walls and arched architecture reminiscent of a Southern Euro

Also, since it was a birthday, you prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for us, which truly moved us. The Room was comfortable, and although our main purpose was Disney, I’m glad we chose this Hotel. (My partner was very happy too.) The food was delicious as well. We’d love to
