Kawagoe × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed with a friend, and everything was excellent—we were completely satisfied with the service, meals, and price! The Room was clean and spacious, with the bath and toilet separate. The bathtub was large, and there was even a partition door to the bedroom, making it feel just like home. Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything we ate at the stylish café was delicious. The Kawagoe Koedo Sightseeing 1-Day Pass was included as well, so we enjoyed visiting several shrines and shopping along Koedo Street. My first trip to Kawagoe became a wonderful memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again.

I stayed in a double Room with my daughter. All of the staff were polite and very pleasant. The key was a standard type, and while the Room had a slightly retro feel that showed its age, it felt clean and didn’t bother me at all—perhaps because everything was so thoroughly cleaned. I could even tell how careful the housekeeping was from the way the hair dryer cord was neatly wrapped. I really appreciated being able to enjoy a delicious breakfast for free.

I stayed here on a business trip. I often stay at Super Hotel as well, and I always have a pleasant experience. This time too, I was completely satisfied with everything—consistently excellent service, a clean Room, and a sufficient breakfast. The Room’s large wall-mounted TV was very easy to watch. Also, whether it was the layout or something else, it was so comfortable that I ended up missing my chance to go out and explore Kawagoe. The milk-braised Fukaya green onions served at breakfast were also outstanding. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

I had been wanting to visit Kawagoe for a long time, so I made a Reservation at this Accommodation. I stayed alone as a woman, but the Room and the bathroom/toilet were clean, so I felt safe and comfortable during my stay!

We truly felt the Hotel’s warm hospitality. Your greetings and temporary luggage storage were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. With the Hotel’s Kawagoe map, we were able to explore Koedo smoothly. It became a fun and memorable trip, and we felt the accommodation cost with breakfast included was a great value. I used this place for the first time because I was attracted by the open-air bath. I was able to enjoy a large open-air bath where I could stretch out my arms and relax. (I entered it more than 10 times.) In addition to water, two drinks were prepared in the refrigerator, and I enjoyed COEDO beer in the open-air bath. The garden at night was also lit up and very beautiful. It is really just a few minutes from Kawagoe City Station, and there are convenience stores and places to eat nearby. I think it's a perfect location for those visiting Kawagoe. I would like to go back soon to relax again. Thank you very much.

The Facility itself seemed old, but it was renovated in key areas, making it very clean and comfortable to stay. The parking lot was right in front, which was very convenient. The private bath could be reserved by the hour, so even with children, we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The breakfast was especially delicious and extremely satisfying.

First-time visit. Just a short walk through the shopping street from the station, surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and even a famous ramen shop—finding food is no problem! This newly opened capsule Hotel has a space-themed concept. Inside, you'll find two-tiered capsules lined up neatly. There is one restroom each for men and women, and three shower rooms available on a first-come-first-served basis. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. There’s also a women-only area, making it convenient for female guests to use comfortably. The location, price, and overall value were excellent—I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Stayed in a dormitory. The room, bed, and shower room were all clean and well maintained. The lounge with an attached kitchen was spacious and comfortable. The foreign front desk staff were also pleasant and helpful. Affordable rates and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Due to a change to our Reservation Room at the Accommodation Hotel, we were upgraded from the Moderato Reservation to the Grand Suite, and my girlfriend who stayed with me was absolutely delighted. The Room was spacious and came with a stone sauna, and the bath was also large—everything exceeded our expectations. We were able to spend a truly memorable and happy time together. When we stay in Kawagoe again, this is the Hotel we would love to book.
