The dinner restaurant was delicious, and it was great that complimentary non-alcoholic drinks were available. It would have been nice to have water in the Room.

The guest rooms and the large public bath were convenient and easy to use. Breakfast was sufficient as well. However, it was disappointing that there was only one elevator, so we often had to wait.

For early departures, we prepared sausage bread for breakfast in advance. In the cold of December, we wanted to warm it up in a microwave but found none available. It would be helpful if a microwave could be installed at the coffee corner on the first floor.

We stayed for a snowboard competition, with my son using Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The breakfast was delicious, and we were very satisfied. We stay once a year, and this was our third repeat visit.

The parking lot around the building was full, but there was a nearby multi-story parking garage, and it was free of charge. Next time, I won’t need to rush over.

Many Hotels are non-smoking these days, so having a smoking option was really helpful! My mother and I were able to sleep comfortably together in the large bed. Please note that the bath is for men only. The front desk staff were kind, and it was great to relax in the Room. For breakfast, the only egg options were raw egg or Onsen egg—I would have loved scrambled eggs, a fried egg, or an omelet. Also, be careful because the elevator doors close quickly.

I stayed here as a solo female traveler. It was a small, slightly retro Accommodation that suited my taste. Although it has a retro feel, it was well cleaned, very tidy, and relaxing. I appreciated the clear explanations and thoughtful hospitality from the woman who assisted me at check-in (perhaps the owner?). It was also convenient, with the station, izakayas, and convenience stores nearby. I would love to stay again next time.

The large public bath was excellent. I frequently use Route Inn hotels during business trips and am always satisfied. Thank you for your continued service.

We stayed in a river-view Room. The Facility, including the gym, was very well equipped, and we enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options.

The Facilities were well equipped, so the stay was comfortable. It was great to be able to use the large public bath. The parking lot is small, and on snowy winter days it was difficult to park. Since app registration was required, check-in took some time; registering in advance makes it smoother.
