Kushiro × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

The made-to-order breakfast options are simply outstanding. The buffet is also well stocked, with a wide variety of drinks. I’ve only stayed in the twin Room, but it’s very clean and comfortable. The size is decent. The lounge is a calm space where you can read while enjoying delicious coffee. The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it’s a great Hotel. If I had to nitpick… the parking lot is a bit narrow. When large cars are parked there, it can be quite difficult to get in. Also, when the lot right next door is full, you have no choice but to park at the second lot a few blocks away. It’s fairly far, so it’s tough if you have lots of luggage or on extremely hot days. Although it is a Business Hotel in style, the Onsen was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was more luxurious and delicious than expected. For dinner, we used a voucher provided at the front desk and went to a robatayaki restaurant. With restaurants nearby and enjoyable night views, it was a comfortable Hotel to stay in.

I stayed here on my first visit to Kushiro in 13 years. It was very convenient—close to the station and just a short walk to MOO. During the wait between riding the Norokko Train and the sunset cruise, I was able to take a shower and recharge. After coming back in the cold, I went straight to the large public bath; the water was pleasantly hot and really refreshed me. I would have liked to relax longer, but I checked out before 8:00 a.m. the next morning to tour the lake on the Pirika boat. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for sightseeing, and unlike Hotels in resort areas, this Business Hotel had fewer children and an older clientele, so it was quiet and relaxing. The Room is indeed small, but the bed was large enough and I had no issues staying here. I also liked that the loungewear is a samue-style set rather than a yukata. The breakfast included was better than expected—especially the freshly baked croissants, which were excellent! The coffee at the front desk was also appreciated. The large public bath was small, which was the only disappointment, but everything else was reasonably priced and very good.

The bath is compact, but it’s kept very clean and well stocked with amenities, making it comfortable to use. The in-house loungewear (samue set: top and bottom) is also very comfortable to wear. Breakfast is home-style and just the right amount. The service was excellent, and I would like to stay again.

It would be nice to have something like a static electricity removal sheet since static electricity is a concern.

Nothing was lacking. It was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and it was comfortable—close to both the station and Fisherman’s Wharf.

Both the station and Fisherman’s Wharf are within walking distance, and we had no trouble finding places to eat around the Hotel. The welcome drink lounge on the first floor also offered sake, so we could enjoy local Kushiro brews. Since I have a skin allergy, I was glad they provided POLA shampoo and conditioner that I could use. After checkout, they kindly let us keep our car parked until the Norokko Train arrived at Kushiro Station at 13:05, so we could go out without worry. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed as a couple. Since we were out drinking and didn’t spend much time relaxing at the Hotel, we reserved a standard double Room, but thanks to the Hotel's kindness, we were upgraded to a Room with a larger desk! Thank you very much. The toilet in the Room was small, but the Room itself was very comfortable. The welcome drinks were plentiful and had a great atmosphere. The large public bath had designated times for men and women, so I couldn’t use it; therefore, I rated it 3 stars. The photo shows the breakfast I had.

It was a very clean Hotel and absolutely wonderful. The amenities were well stocked, and coffee, consommé soup, and even bath salts were free. There was also a small shop selling snacks and sweets, which I recommend. Since it’s in the city center, the location is excellent. Our Room was close to the elevator, so we noticed a bit of noise, but once we fell asleep it wasn’t an issue. The shower water pressure was strong and great too. If I can stay at this price again, I’d definitely come back!

I have stayed at this Accommodation several times many years ago as well. The large public bath was excellent then too—spacious and clean, and it really helped relieve fatigue. This time, the Room had been renovated and was very clean, so I was able to relax and rest well. However, compared to before, the amenities and welcome drink were no longer provided, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I enjoyed the meals as they were delicious.

The location is very convenient, as it is right next to the station and bus terminal. The Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although there is a large public bath, it operates on a time-based schedule with separate hours for men and women, and the washing area has only three stations and feels cramped. The in-room unit bath is also small and not very easy to use. I always stay in a non-smoking Room since I don’t smoke, so it was disappointing that the smoking room that should have been on the first floor was no longer available.

I fell in love with Kushiro and this was my second stay. The Hotel is close to the sunset tour departure point, and its central location made it easy and convenient to get anywhere. Even with a small child, the Room was spacious and clean, and the Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The front desk and breakfast venue staff were especially kind, making our trip truly pleasant.

It’s close to the station but a bit far from the downtown area. Still, there were no particular complaints, and the adjacent izakaya is more than sufficient for affordable food and drinks.\nIf you can stay at a low price without any issues, it’s just right—recommended.
