This was our first trip traveling with our dog. The Room was clean, the amenities were well stocked, and the food was very delicious. The staff were also kind to our dog. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Free on-site surface parking. A gas station is nearby; McDonald’s and the Valor supermarket are next door; Sukiya is across the road; and Takoman (a local confectionery) is just opposite. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff’s warm smiles make you feel at ease. Even the housekeeping team greets you with a smile, not just the front desk, which is very pleasant. The large public bath has long opening hours, feels very clean, and is spacious. When I asked to have the air purifier replaced, they brought one right away. They also kindly explained that what I thought was dirt wasn’t actually dirt (they were considerate so I wouldn’t feel embarrassed). I didn’t catch their name, but thank you for your help despite being busy. It was so good that I extended my stay to a Multiple Night Stay.

My best friend and I stayed for one night in a suite. The staff’s service was outstanding, and we received such warm, heartfelt hospitality. The meals were just as delicious as we’d heard—no, even better than expected. When you travel, you want to enjoy local specialties, right? The dishes here use plenty of ingredients from Chiba, and enjoying them while looking out at the sea of Chiba is pure luxury… simply unforgettable! We were told the ingredients change with the seasons, so next time I’d love to visit in a season other than summer. Also, if anyone planning to stay is reading this Review, please be sure to check out the booklet on the bedside table: a hand-written guide by the proprietress introducing Chiba and providing information about the Accommodation. Each page is carefully made, and it really conveyed her love for the Accommodation and her warm hospitality—it left a lasting impression. She also left us a note with the sunrise time, so we woke up early and watched it from the Hotel deck. It was truly beautiful, so I’m attaching photos from that moment. It became an unforgettable trip to Kamogawa. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. There is a supermarket and a drugstore right next door, so shopping is easy. I saw several guests buy dinner and enjoy it at the free bar. I went to a nearby udon restaurant and enjoyed seiro soba and battera, then picked up 20% off deli items at the supermarket and enjoyed drinks in my Room. Both the Room and the large public bath were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was easy to enjoy, and the staff service was excellent. It was a functional and truly wonderful Hotel.

I had such a wonderful impression when I stayed here before that this is my second visit. From the welcome sweets to the Japanese-Western fusion dinner and the hearty breakfast, everything was delicious. All meals were brought to our Room, so there was no need to change clothes, and we could relax completely. I also appreciated that when I informed them in advance about ingredients I can’t eat, they accommodated me properly. During our 3-day/2-night stay, all of the staff took great care of us. I had the chance to speak with five staff members, and every one of them provided excellent service! They were polite and warm, and I truly felt well looked after. The only thing I noticed was that the shower drainage was a little slow. Even so, overall it was a lovely Accommodation where we felt very comfortable. Taking an open-air bath early in the morning while listening to bush warblers singing was an unforgettable experience. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

I’d been wanting to visit for a long time, and I treated myself to a Multiple Night Stay solo to truly relax. I’m so glad I chose this place! I’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans in Japan and abroad, and this has become one of my top three favorites. Everything used throughout the Hotel is carefully selected and meticulously maintained. The staff were warm and kind in such a natural way—it was genuinely soothing. And the food—absolutely unforgettable! I had all three meals here, and if only I had another stomach, I would have loved to try even more from the menu. There were plenty of fresh local vegetables; everything was truly delicious, beautifully presented with great taste, and above all, you could feel the chef’s love in every dish. It makes perfect sense that so many guests return again and again. It was hot in midsummer, but I rented an e-bike, rode to the beach, and went for a swim. Just as rumored, the water was crystal clear—the beach was stunning—and it left me feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely come back in another season. We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. The meals and the services for children were excellent as well. Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension, a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful. We stayed here on a family trip with friends and kids! With so many play areas, a hot stone spa, breakfast and dinner buffets, late-night snacks, afternoon tea, karaoke, and a wide selection of amenities to choose from, every service was excellent and delicious. I’m writing this because it was so good! I booked at the last minute because the price was reasonable. It was much better than I expected. The Room is standard, but clean and comfortable. Parking is free and spacious! Having a laundry area was also very helpful. Unlimited access to Korona no Yu was great, and the game center is right there for easy fun. The food at the Onsen Facility’s dining area was delicious too! I also appreciated being able to rent manga. Joyfull on the first floor is convenient as well. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a convenience store on-site (there is one within walking distance!). I’d like to stay here again if I ever go to Toyokawa.

I stayed here during my visit to Morioka and was very satisfied with the Accommodation. First of all, the location is extremely convenient. It’s close to Morioka Station, making it easy not only upon arrival but also for getting around during your stay. I think it’s a Hotel that works well for both sightseeing and business. The guest room was also comfortable, and I was able to spend my time pleasantly throughout the property. The overall balance of location, guest rooms, Facilities, and service is excellent—this is a Hotel that genuinely makes you feel glad you chose it. When I visit Morioka again, I would definitely like to stay here again. It has become one of the Hotels I can choose with confidence.
