Right after check-in, I went to use the sauna and the Onsen, and had them all to myself. Everything was very clean, I warmed up and was able to relax. The entire property and the Room were spotless wherever I looked, very comfortable, and all of the staff were extremely kind. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of options, was filling and delicious, and I was completely satisfied. Thank you very much for your help. I’m glad I stayed at such a clean and wonderful Hotel. Because of the great location, I felt that using public transportation was the best option. Parking nearby is expensive, so I will keep that in mind next time.

Although it is a bit far from the nearest public transportation, the location is quiet and within walking distance of Glover Garden and Oura Cathedral. It seems to have opened fairly recently, but the Hotel staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the creative, innovative menus skillfully blended Western and Japanese flavors with excellent quality. The restaurant also appears to be available even if you are not staying overnight, so it’s a great option to consider for your stay or dining in Nagasaki.

We stayed here this time because it was conveniently located about halfway between Hitoshi Honten for dinner and the ferry terminal for the next morning. What stood out most was Vessel’s highly rated breakfast buffet—an excellent spread with plenty of variety. The staff were also cheerful and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The only downside was that there is no large public bath; however, the unit bath comes with bath salts, and the sink/vanity area is separate outside the bathroom, so it was acceptable. The rooms and amenities were cleaner than the exterior might suggest, and with larger windows and a layout that feels spacious. While in-room drink amenities are limited, detox water and mango-pine juice are available in the lobby for a relatively long time. There’s also a FamilyMart just a short walk away (and vending machines on-site), so we had no trouble at all. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The Hotel Room was very spacious, with a sitting area and large paintings, which allowed me to relax and feel at ease. I had an online interview to secure a new project, and I was so impressed by the elegant Room that it put me in a confident mindset. Perhaps because I took the interview calmly, I was told, “Perfect.” The spaciousness of the Room brought peace of mind, and I was extremely satisfied. The balcony had a table and chairs, there was also a TV in the bathroom, and the ceiling featured special curved woodwork that made it feel like being on a ship. I was able to spend truly meaningful time here. I look forward to staying again.

Due to my child’s entrance exams, this was my first visit in several years, but the building is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The updated loungewear was very comfortable to wear. Even more impressive is the service from the Hotel staff—everyone at the front desk, restaurant, lounge, and housekeeping consistently provides such pleasant hospitality. There are many Hotels with great facilities but poor service; however, I felt that Grand Phoenix Okushiga is on a different level. As for dining, Italian cuisine is my personal favorite.

I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I stayed in a twin room, which was very tidy, and I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate. Even though it was a weekend, the rate with breakfast included was lower than other hotels, and I enjoyed a Japanese set breakfast that was beautifully presented and just the right portion size.
