I stayed here again this year following last year. The lack of an auto-lock was not an issue for me. It was sufficient and satisfactory. There was plenty of parking space, and I could also park my motorcycle.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I was very happy to be upgraded to an available Room. Although the weather wasn’t great, I think the view from the balcony is the best at this Hotel. The staff were cheerful, and I had a wonderful stay. I would like to stay again next time.

Welcome drinks included coffee, soft drinks, and delicious onion soup. In the evening, wine and snacks were also available. The meals were served buffet-style and were satisfying. It would have been nice to have condiments on the table. The room and bath were well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. This is one of the accommodations I would like to revisit.

Since there wasn’t a toothbrush in the Room, I used one that I had brought with me for the night. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options with a variety of delicious dishes like rice or bread paired with tasty sides—I even went back for seconds! It was a very satisf

Although my stay was No Meals Included, I had no complaints at all about the staff’s service or the atmosphere in the Hotel. This time I arrived by car, but there is also covered parking for motorcycles, so I would like to use it on my next touring trip. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Since I arrived in the evening, I looked for a place to stay for one night in Naha City and chose this Hotel mainly for its location. It is just off Kokusai-dori, with Don Quijote nearby, and although it was simply a place to sleep, it was very convenient. The Room was new and clean, and I was satisfied with the breakfast, where I could enjoy Okinawan dishes. I would like to stay here again.

The Room was very clean, which was great. It was helpful to be able to check crowding information for the breakfast venue and the large public bath on the TV. Since the Room was on the 3rd floor and seemed to face the platform, I noticed the noise from passing trains.

Just down the escalator from the South Exit of Mito Station and before crossing the Sakura River—an excellent location with easy access. It was convenient to leave my luggage and pick it up later, and there’s also a lounge where you can relax freely until 24:00, which was great for taking it easy until my train Reservation time. The staff were kind as well. The free breakfast included a local dish called Nuppe-jiru, which was rich and delicious. The Room was spacious for one person and very comfortable. It was bright and clean. If I had to mention anything, a slightly longer shoehorn would have been easier to use, and the disposable slippers were thin, so I wish I had brought my own. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Great value for money, excellent service, a variety of baths, and delicious food. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Nara.

Due to high hotel prices in Kurashiki on Saturday, I stayed at this accommodation and traveled by train. The money saved on the hotel allowed me to enjoy a more luxurious dinner in Kurashiki. The room was more spacious than expected, and the bed and pillows were excellent. Although I arrived early, they kindly stored my luggage, and the free parking was very helpful. The customer service was also great.

My husband stayed here on a business trip. It’s close to the station, clean and well maintained, has a large public bath, and the staff were very pleasant. He was able to relax after work. Also, even with Hotel prices rising, I think the rate is reasonably affordable. We’ll stay here again whenever he travels to Miyakonojo for business. Thank you!

This was my second stay. The Room size and Facility are fairly standard, but everything is well cleaned and feels very fresh and spotless. The real highlight is the breakfast—there’s a great variety, and everything is delicious. Made-to-order dishes like lemon steak and fried horse mackerel, limited-time specials, and the homemade pudding for dessert were all excellent—I was truly satisfied. The breakfast staff were also kind and attentive, making this a Hotel I’d happily recommend to others. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in town!

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

The following items were listed in the Facility information, so I brought them from home, but they were actually provided at the amenity bar. I was very pleased, but it might be helpful to update the Facility information for future guests. × Comb/Brush × Bath Additives × Yukata × Lotion × Emulsion × Makeup Remover This time, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price, and I also appreciated the extension cord and extra towels provided in the Room. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Wakayama!

This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). I stayed for one night on March 29. I chose March because it was just before the spiny lobster fishing ban. This time I booked a luxurious spa Plan, so it was pricey, but it was absolutely worth the cost. The cuisine, spa, Onsen, Room Facilities, and service were all top-tier. As expected from HIRAMATSU, every dish was delicious. The dish made with the spiny lobster head felt a bit heavy for me, but everything else was perfect. The spiny lobster bisque at breakfast was outstanding. The bread and butter at both dinner and breakfast were also excellent. The spa was wonderful—comparable to the Mandarin Hotel’s spa. The Onsen and Room Facilities were also superb; there is nothing to complain about. Service from the manager, head chef, staff, and spa team was flawless. I’d like to return next year during abalone season. I recommend avoiding weekends at the end of March. That’s when F1 Japanese Grand Prix qualifying and the race are held at Suzuka, so Nagoya Station gets extremely crowded and nearby roads are heavily congested. On top of that, Ise Jingu Naiku Shrine was also packed due to a yokozuna dedication sumo event—but I consider it a good experience overall.

This was my first time visiting Dogo Onsen with my niece. Since I mentioned during the Reservation that I have trouble walking, you kindly arranged a Room right near the elevator. Thank you for your consideration. All the staff were very helpful, and we had a comfortable two-day stay. We especially enjoyed comparing different mandarin orange juices and tasting different mandarins.

I stayed for four nights, and the Hotel was clean, the Room was spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the bathtub was a bit larger than usual. The Millet snacks I received when I opted out of housekeeping were a nice touch as well. I would love to stay here again when I visit Kochi. Thank you very much.

Everything—the cuisine, the Room, the Onsen, the garden, and the music—was wonderful, but above all, the hospitality of the president, the proprietress, and all staff was exceptional. We truly felt their attentive care in every detail. This time we stayed for two nights, spending one night each in the Western and Paragon Rooms. The open-air bath while enjoying the view from our Room and the sound of the vintage audio system were both superb, making it a stay that truly let us forget everyday life. We’re not sure when it will be, but we would love to try staying in the remaining two Rooms as well.
