This was my first time staying here. All the staff—at reception, breakfast, on the phone, and likely housekeeping as well—were very kind and helpful. Once I entered the Room, I couldn’t hear any outside noise at all and was able to rest comfortably. I travel often, and many Hotels have at least one disappointing point, but everything here was excellent!! I would definitely stay again!

The Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was great. However, since there was only one elevator, it got very crowded during peak check-in and check-out times, and we sometimes had to wait quite a while, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the hallway was hot—I wish there had been air conditioning in the corridors as well. Still, considering the value for money, it’s an excellent Hotel! I’d love to stay here again when I visit Imabari.

The building was new and very clean, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner. It was spacious, and we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were also delicious. Although the staff were from overseas, they were kind and helpful—thank you very much. As it was our 13th wedding anniversary, we also received a surprise dessert plate—thank you very much.

It was hot in Kyoto, so I really appreciated how close it was to the station! The Room was clean and I was satisfied, and the staff were very kind, making my stay comfortable.

I had been wanting to stay at this Accommodation for a long time and was really looking forward to it. As the reviews said, everything was very clean, and the Room was a bit spacious with a layout different from a typical twin—very satisfying. The ceiling height on each floor also felt relatively high, giving a slightly open feel. The bath was practically private, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both yukata and samue were provided, and we chose the samue. It worked well as sleepwear. The meals were just right for us since we can’t eat very large portions, and everything was delicious. The location is also convenient, and I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was our first trip with our Pacific parrotlet. After researching online, we found this Hotel recommended as a must-visit spot, so we decided to stay here. As this stay also celebrated our wedding anniversary, we arranged a cake, and we were pleasantly surprised when the Hotel provided sparkling wine. Thank you very much for your thoughtful hospitality. It became a truly memorable trip.

I stay here for climbing Mt. Fuji. This was my third time, and it’s very convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji. The station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is also convenient. There is a large public bath as well, and it’s very relaxing. The building feels a bit old, but I can spend my time here comfortably and peacefully. I’d like to stay here again when I climb Mt. Fuji next time.

This was our second stay. Last time, I came with my daughter, and the French dinner was so outstanding that I knew we had to return someday. That wish came true, and this time I was able to bring my two sons. Since it was my younger son’s birthday, I ordered a cake through the Hotel website and they kindly prepared it for us. The bath photos were wonderful, so I made a Reservation. Right by the sea on the island, the location is excellent. Meals were served one after another despite how busy you must have been, so we finished quickly and were able to cut back on alcohol. Aside from the bath and location, it’s a truly quiet and simple place. The bath had a slight chlorine smell. The tea service was excellent. The Room was renovated, and we were able to stay in a comfortable environment.
