The Hotel is very close to the station, making it easy to get around. The Room was clean and spacious, and the king-size bed was large enough for two adults and one child to sleep comfortably. The large public bath has both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day. The only drawback was that check-in is done using a self-service kiosk, but the instructions were a bit unclear and it didn’t feel very user-friendly.

This was a trip I had been looking forward to, imagining Hakone as a cool summer retreat. With the typhoon’s influence, the weather was unpredictable—sunny at times, then suddenly rainy… Still, during our stay at the Hotel it remained cloudy enough to go for a walk, and I was satisfied. My first impression of the Hotel was that the Rooms are arranged along the building’s curved structure, and I was truly impressed by how calming it felt no matter where you were. Thank you very much. As for portion sizes, they were just right for me, and each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. For breakfast we chose the buffet. There was a wide variety—too much to try everything—but it felt a little cramped when carrying plates while choosing dishes. The guest room was clean and beautifully maintained. We could catch glimpses of Mt. Fuji from our Room, and we found comfort in the quiet of Lake Ashi and birdsong—it was very relaxing.

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Everything was very delicious. The space between tables was narrow, so we had to be mindful of people passing by. They cleared empty plates quickly, which helped keep the table spacious. Check-out was also very smooth. Overall, everything felt very clean and we had a comfortable
