This was our second stay. Since our third son (our beloved dog) joined our family five years ago, we only choose Accommodations where we can stay together, so we’ve stayed at many pet-friendly places around the Kanto area. With new Accommodations opening all the time, there are only a few we’ve ever revisited—but this one is exceptionally satisfying, so we returned during the Obon holiday period. With pet-friendly Accommodations, there’s often something you have to compromise on, but this place is almost perfect. The balcony of our guest Room had an open-air Onsen bath, a sauna, a cold plunge bath, and a relaxation area with a shower—plus an open-air bath for dogs. Inside the Room, there was a theater room with two massage chairs and a dining room where you can enjoy meals in your Room. The French cuisine served there is truly delicious. Recently, more and more Accommodations have excellent Facilities, but I don’t know any other place where you can enjoy food of this quality in your Room with your dog. Once again, everything was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for the best Accommodation to stay with your dog, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. It became an unforgettable stay for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you very much for the Shuttle Service from the airport. I’m not familiar with the area and can’t drive, so it was a huge help. The Room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the large sofa made it easy to unwind while enjoying the view. The meals were beautifully presented on lovely tableware, and they were served in perfect timing to match our pace—thank you so much. As expected of Otsuka Pharmaceutical, the hospitality was truly outstanding. I personally love Oronamin C and Fibe-Mini, so I was delighted by the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. The Otsuka Pharmaceutical toner and serum provided in the bath felt wonderful to use, and I’m considering purchasing them. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

This Hotel was the very purpose of our trip to Kagawa Prefecture. We didn’t do any sightseeing at all, but from the bottom of my heart I’m so glad we came. Throughout the entire Facility, we could feel the owners’ attention to detail and refined sense of beauty in every corner, and at the same time we were truly grateful for their warm hospitality toward guests. Vintage and modern, Japan and Europe—things that are completely different were seamlessly combined through their sensibility. The interior design, the cuisine, and even its presentation were all wonderful and deeply inspiring. The old sofa in our Room had real character, was very comfortable to sit on, and matched perfectly with the modern furniture. Over time, the linen has developed such a beautiful color! I could really understand why the owner is so particular about that sofa. Also, since I’ve been considering buying the chair at the writing desk myself, I was happy to be able to try how it feels to sit in it. Everything they have selected was fascinating and exciting. Above all, their personalities are wonderful—we definitely want to come back again. (A stylish husband and an adorable wife!!) We’d love to stay in other Rooms as well, and see the garden in a different season too. For us, this was a truly meaningful encounter that brought new insights. The hospitality of all the staff was so pleasant—this is a Hotel that makes me want to come back again. On the way home, my daughter and I were already discussing when we should plan our next lunch or stay. We also enjoyed the takeout baked sweets at home. I’d love to see more v

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. When we arrived at the front desk to check in, an insect flew toward us and I let out a small scream, but the woman at reception smiled and said, “I’ve lived on Yakushima for a long time, but you never really get used to the insects,” which put me at ease and was very comforting. The lobby was spacious and clean, and the Room was also extremely clean with an amazing ocean view. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner; in particular, the Margherita pizza and mushroom risotto made to order by the chef were delicious. The bath also had a luxurious ocean view, and the silky-smooth water soaked into my body after all the trekking. This time we stayed only one night, but I’d love to come back and stay a bit longer next time.

This was our third stay. Everything was outstanding! Not only the meals, but every wine you recommended was delicious. Even though I don’t usually drink, I was so happy to enjoy so many wonderful wines on this trip. Because of the typhoon, we couldn’t come on our preferred dates and had to reschedule, but you handled it very smoothly and we truly appreciate it. All of the staff were genuinely kind and were also very considerate to our child. KuuRa Beach was also beautiful and lovely. We look forward to staying with you again.

This was our first stay here, and among all the places we’ve visited, it was the best Accommodation for Western-style cuisine. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality from welcome to farewell. The Room (very relaxing) and the bath (the in-room bath was more than enough) were both excellent. Above all, the meals were outstanding—both dinner and breakfast. Each dish was beautifully presented (including the tableware) and delicious, and we were amazed by how many items there were in the Japanese breakfast (we finished everything). We will definitely visit again during the autumn foliage season. One request: it would be nice to have body wash towels available in the bath area.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. That morning, we joined a river kayaking tour, and since there were no changing facilities near the river, I asked if it would be okay to arrive still wearing our wet wetsuits. They kindly agreed, which I truly appreciated. We were dropped off by the tour staff, and the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view of a beautiful infinity pool under a clear blue sky spread out before us—I couldn’t help but shout, “Wow, amazing!” We were shown to seats by the poolside, and even before checking in my friend said, “Wow… I should’ve brought my laptop. Next time we have to bring our laptops and stay longer for a workcation.” We were then shown to our Room. When I tried to open my suitcase, it wouldn’t open—an unexpected mishap—but after speaking with the butler right away they prepared an adorable tracksuit that could be worn over swimwear and arranged a rental car for us. Thanks to that, we were able to get it opened at a local gas station we had found in advance. For dinner, they prepared a handmade welcome plate inspired by the kayaking experience and the sea turtle nesting observation tour we had done—it was moving from the moment we sat down. Every dish was something new to us and absolutely delicious; in particular, I loved the peach sorbet served by the pastry chef. We got so caught up in eating and chatting that we stayed late, yet the chef still came out with a smile to see us off all the way until we boarded the golf cart back to our Room. The next morning we joined a kokedama (moss ball) workshop and enjoyed making one while learning all kinds of things about plants. I’ve forgotten the plant’s name now, but when I mentioned that I like tea, they also wrapped large leaves that can be enjoyed as tea together with my kokedama. We were probably the noisiest guests during our stay as just two people, yet everyone treated us with kindness until the very end—I’m nothing but grateful. Next time, I plan to bring my laptop and come back for a longer workcation stay.

Breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. Above all, we were grateful that we could stay in the Room with our dog and even have meals together while receiving warm hospitality from Hotel staff who adored our pet. We would love to stay here again if given another

I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

This was my first stay, and just as everyone says, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. The food was delicious, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the staff were great, everything in the fridge was free, and the price was reasonable. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Also, since I love drinks, I was thrilled by the wide selection of rice shochu... Thank you very much! I’ll definitely visit again.

The delicious Japanese breakfast, relaxing time in what felt like a private spacious hall, beautiful garden, and the cypress bath in our Room all made us feel Japan's unique hospitality everywhere, leaving us completely satisfied. The chilled Yanagawa milk was also excellent!

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro. It was a very comfortable Hotel. It truly felt like Greece on the Aegean Sea—and it was so clean!! The welcome drink was luxurious, too. The small lobby was also very relaxing. Breakfast was included, and because we had an early activity, they opened earlier than the regular hours. They also learned it was our wedding anniversary trip and gave us a gift, which really warmed our hearts. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and I’ll never forget how beautiful the moon and stars looked from there! Breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Next time, we’d like to take our time and stay longer. Thank you very much!
