"Yoruya" is a culinary accommodation with 13 rooms, located in the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, aiming to provide guests with an experience that reflects the essence of Kurashiki through dining and accommodation. The 110-year-old traditional building, originally constructed during the Meiji era as an annex for a kimono shop, has been renovated and expanded to include 13 guest rooms, a U-shaped dining area with 16 seats, and a wine bar open to non-staying guests. At "Yoruya," we embrace the changing seasons not just by the calendar's four divisions but by incorporating ingredients and cooking methods inspired by Japan's twenty-four solar terms and seventy-two micro-seasons, offering a culinary experience that expresses Kurashiki's local culture.
