We stayed for one night after reading the Reviews. The Room with a renovated open-air bath and indoor bath was very clean and comfortable. We could see the ocean from the open-air bath, and the water temperature was just right, so we were able to relax at our leisure. Plenty of towels were provided, and they smelled wonderful, which really lifted our mood. The kettle was a BALMUDA, the hair dryer was a Dyson, and other furnishings were also high quality. The meals were lightly seasoned with rich dashi flavor; everything was delicious and we left completely satisfied. The service from the front desk and dining staff was excellent, making this one of the Accommodations we would love to visit again.

However, the room was very spacious, and we were able to relax in the large bath. The next day was cloudy with brief moments of sunshine when we managed to visit the beach—it was incredibly beautiful. Next time, I hope to fully enjoy the starry sky, ocean, and sunset on a sunny

This was my third stay. Shiretoko is one of my favorite places, and whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Kitakobushi Resort Hotel. This time, we made a Reservation for three Rooms for seven family members, and we truly appreciated your hospitality. At the newly added private lounge, our whole family was able to relax together and enjoy a wonderful time. Also, thanks to having seats arranged in advance for dinner, all seven of us could dine together, which we were very pleased with. Thank you sincerely to all the staff for your consistently courteous service throughout our stay. We would love to stay at Kitakobushi Resort Hotel again next time. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

From check-in to check-out, this Hotel was filled with exceptional hospitality. Below you is the sea, and the constant sound of the waves is truly soothing. Dinner comes with such a generous boat platter that you may wonder if you can finish it—naturally, the drinks go down easily. The Hotel does not have a large public bath, but it offers private open-air baths and an in-room Onsen bath, both with sweeping ocean views. Nearby there is a large roadside station with everything you could want—meals, souvenirs, and sightseeing cruises. (We went twice.) One concern: there were two or three large spiders on the ceiling of the room’s balcony. If those were taken care of, it would be perfect. Even so, it’s a Hotel I would like to visit again.

We were kindly offered an upgrade to a special Room. In addition to the wonderful Room, the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed a relaxing vacation. In particular, a front desk staff member (I regret I don’t remember their name) recommended great places for delicious grated soba and apple pie, which my wife and I both enjoyed. It was an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed again for two nights, just like last time, after a six-month break. As before, everything was flawless, including the room and the Onsen. The hospitality was especially outstanding, and as someone in the service industry, I learned a lot. Thank you for three memorable days.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The Room size and the open-air bath were both just right for relaxing. The staff were also lovely, with the perfect sense of distance, and it was very soothing. I’m quite strict about cleanliness, but it was flawless. I’d love to stay again. For this price, the quality makes me want to come back.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights starting on August 8. The spacious Japanese-style Room allowed us to relax and unwind. The open-air bath in the Room also offered a wonderful sense of openness with an ocean view, and we enjoyed it very much. As the property prides itself on its cuisine, we were highly satisfied on both days. What especially pleased us was that there were no overlapping dishes at either dinner or breakfast. We expected some minor changes, but you prepared almost entirely different menus for us. We also requested cleaning on the second day, and when we returned from going out, the Room had been cleaned beautifully, which felt great. Next time, we would like to return and stay in a Japanese-Western style Room.

This is a Hotel with a very high level of overall satisfaction. The staff’s hospitality is especially outstanding. It’s rare to find a Hotel where every staff member is this pleasant, so I had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel’s location is also flawless. The view from the Room is amazing. There are plenty of dining options around the Hotel, and it’s easy to get anywhere from here. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the long wait for the elevators during peak times when many guests are heading to the pool. That can’t really be helped due to the building layout, but since the elevator hall was extremely air-conditioned, even about a 5-minute wait felt long. When I come back to Okinawa, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I finally visited this long-awaited Hotel for the first time. I called on the day of arrival and requested Shuttle Service to Chokoku-no-Mori Station. Because the number of Rooms is limited, neither the dining areas nor the Onsen ever felt crowded, and I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding, making it a truly meaningful stay. The cocktail pairing at dinner was a wonderful experience, with cocktails I would not normally order myself. Brunch also offered a wide variety of options, and it was a delight to enjoy champagne and wine from the morning. I felt this Accommodation is easy to use even for solo travelers. This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied. The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We would love to visit again with our dog!

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Hokkaido. All of our previous stays were wonderful, but Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding as well. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and regret not being able to eat everything. The kamameshi rice was especially tasty, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything we ate was great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very delicious. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin—one night wasn’t enough. This time we didn’t have enough time to explore Tokachi at a relaxed pace, so we would love to return next year. Above all, what made the best impression on us were the staff at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge provided exceptional service with a wonderful smile. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with an even lovelier smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but I also felt it reflects the Hotel’s excellent management philosophy. All of the other staff were equally attentive, and it reminded me that what truly shapes a trip is not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality. I stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included, and when I asked about sightseeing in Nagasaki, they recommended getting around by streetcar and kindly explained everything in detail using a handmade map. The Room overlooked the stadium, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent, so I extended my stay for a Multiple Night Stay. After returning home, I realized I had left something behind, and they handled it politely over the phone. Thank you very much.
