The simple service was nice. Even though it was very affordable, it included two solid meals, which was great. Also, since there were few other guests, I could relax in the Onsen, and it was great that the massage chairs were free as well. The gratin and pudding were delicious.

First of all, the location is great. The all-inclusive plan is excellent. The Room was clean and had an open-air bath, a washing machine, a mini kitchen, and a microwave.

The Onsen was wonderfully warming with free-flowing natural hot spring water. The food was delicious, and the Akita Nishiki beef at dinner was outstanding. The simmered sea bream head was also well-seasoned, and we were very satisfied.

Dinner was delicious as well—an unusual style of half-buffet with robatayaki grilling—and the large public bath with an open-air bath was very relaxing. The staff were courteous and attentive, which we really appreciated. The Facility is a bit old, but we chose this Accommodation in Tateshina as the place to commemorate reuniting with my wife for the first time in 50 years, and we were very satisfied. The staff's service was somewhat curt, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious! It would be even better if the dinner dishes were explained more thoroughly and the front desk had a brighter atmosphere.

This was my first time visiting Fukui Prefecture, and I stayed at this Hotel. The Room was very spacious and comfortable (it was a bit disappointing that there wasn’t a toilet in the Room). The hand-rolled sushi for dinner was delicious—I couldn’t stop eating. Tojinbo was also nearby, which made getting around very convenient.

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. Thank you for picking us up at the station—it was very helpful. The seafood dinner and kamameshi were incredibly delicious, and we ate a lot! The bath was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also kind and helpful.

Our three-generation family had a wonderful time together. The kids really enjoyed the pool, fireworks, and the arcade. The newly renovated Onsen was also beautiful and brought back nostalgic memories from my own childhood.

The parking lot was conveniently located next to the Hotel, and the view from the Room was great. The only disappointment was that the sauce katsudon was no longer available at breakfast. The soba noodles and simmered thick fried tofu were very delicious. When we visit Takefu again, we will stay here again. Thank you very much.

I was very satisfied to be able to fully enjoy a generous selection of premium seafood that I don’t often get to eat, such as crab, abalone, scallops, sashimi, and shrimp.

This Accommodation was located right in front of Lake Suigetsu. The staff, who were very knowledgeable about the local area, were a pleasure to talk to and provided great service, and the blackthroat seaperch and other local ingredients were truly delicious.

We have been staying here once or twice a year for about the past 13 years. It has become a cherished family tradition. This time as well, during the May holiday period, the three of us stayed (Japanese-Western style room with dinner and breakfast included), and we returned home extremely satisfied with the consistently reliable service. Even amid recent challenging changes such as rising prices, we can see that you have made tremendous management efforts to maintain both your service quality and pricing. I stayed on the Plan with a sauna. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived around 1:30 PM to leave my luggage, and I really appreciated that you were able to show me to my Room right away. I booked a standard Room, and it was next door to the sauna Room, which made it easy to go back and forth and very comfortable. The sauna was very clean, and I was happy that the amenities were Aesop and the hair dryer was ReFa. It was also nice that we could bring the welcome drink back to the Room, which helped us relax. The sauna itself felt great and was very relaxing. The only disappointment was that we were told we could enjoy the sauna from check-in until check-out, but when I tried to use it in the morning, the power was off and I couldn’t use it. There wasn’t an instruction manual either; since it had been running automatically when we arrived, I didn’t know how to operate it and felt a bit stuck. Other than that, everything was very comfortable, and I think this Accommodation is highly recommended for sauna lovers.

This was my fourth stay. It had been quite a while since my last visit, so I was surprised to find the interior felt much more luxurious than before! The hallways and the Room were also very clean, which impressed me. The lounge (lobby) was relaxing, and best of all, unlimited alcohol, coffee, juice, and more until midnight was wonderful. If I had to be picky, it would have been perfect with some snacks as well. There was also a bath and an open-air bath, both spacious enough to enjoy at a leisurely pace. Dinner featured a live kitchen where we could enjoy hot dishes, and everything was delicious. Since we come from within Mie Prefecture, our goal is not sightseeing but spending a relaxing time at the Hotel, so having check-out until 11:00 is one of the highlights for us. We would like to stay again.

Natural Onsen baths and a wide variety of delicious dishes. It feels like a luxury Onsen Hotel from Japan’s Showa bubble era. There are older and newer wings, and from everywhere we enjoyed stunning views of the calm, rolling waves of Mikawa Bay. The lighthouse was charming and atmospheric. The many sets of Mikawa samurai armor and bridal kimono also gave us a sense of the history of Katahara Castle from the Sengoku period. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

All the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel very welcome, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The meals were gently seasoned to bring out the quality of the ingredients, and everything—from the presentation and service to the location—was wonderful; we were truly impressed. The in-room bath was quite hot at first, but as we had been advised, we added cold water and adjusted it to our liking. The spring quality was excellent—I soaked four times. However, the bedroom had only a mattress laid directly on a wooden floor at the bottom of the stairs; tatami would have been fine, but with wooden flooring, a raised bed frame would have been more comfortable. Overall, we were extremely satisfied, and it has become our favorite Accommodation—we definitely want to return in another season.
