I was able to relax on the sofa while enjoying the view of Oshima from the Room. There was a massage chair in the Room, which was great for easing my swollen legs after being stuck in traffic. Oshima could also be seen from the open-air bath in the Room, and since it was a private open-air bath attached to the Room, I was able to soak in the Onsen at my leisure. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially well-seasoned and very enjoyable. I will stay again, and I look forward to visiting you.

In the wonderful space created by the owners, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and restorative time. Enjoying their thoughtfully prepared dishes—down to the seasonings—paired with local sake and served in locally made tableware was a real luxury... The journey there, transferring between local trains and buses, also became a memorable part of our trip. We would love to visit again someday in a different season. It was absolutely amazing! Since we stayed just one night, it flew by, but I’m so glad we decided to rent the whole house! The place is stylish in every way, and there were plenty of towels—so after playing in the pool, we went straight to the Onsen! We could also do laundry, played in the pool again the next morning, and then back to the Onsen! The hot sandwiches included in the breakfast Plan were very filling. We also found the Arita mandarin orange juice that came with breakfast being sold elsewhere as a souvenir, so we bought some to take home. The quality of the meat for dinner BBQ was excellent—tender, juicy, and truly delicious! Meat included in BBQ Plans is often tough and not very impressive, but this one was incredibly good! Next time I’d love to bring friends and definitely stay here again!

The Onsen facilities, meals, and service were all excellent. Since we stayed on a hot day, I was worried the Onsen spa might feel too warm, but because it was up in the mountains, the breeze was cool and it was comfortable. The meal was delicious French cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. All the staff were friendly and helpful in many ways. We stayed for my mother’s birthday, and she was very happy. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again if I have the chance!

We visited for a family trip to celebrate our daughter’s marriage. As it was formerly an art museum, we were overwhelmed by the meticulously designed building by Tadao Ando and the many artworks displayed throughout the property. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the pool we had been looking forward to was wonderful—we were able to fully enjoy this extraordinary space. We expected Western cuisine, but instead were delighted by beautifully refined Japanese dishes. The drink pairings matched to each course were perfect, and every dish moved us. The congratulatory wedding cake we had ordered was also truly delicious and became a wonderful keepsake. We sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff. This is a superb Hotel where architecture, art, and food are all in harmony, and we would love to stay again.

It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.

All the Hotel staff were very kind, and we were very satisfied. The breakfast restaurant, Onsen, gym, lounge, front desk, and elevators all had plenty of space and never felt crowded, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and luxurious stay.

We stayed for two nights in a private annex with three families to celebrate the golden wedding anniversaries of my parents and my wife’s parents. The villa’s facilities, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and the view from the villa were all outstanding—everything was perfect. It’s a place we’d love to return to. The surroundings are very quiet, and at night the starry sky is breathtaking when you look up.

After seeing it in a magazine, I’d been wanting to visit for two years, and I finally got to stay here. It was an even more wonderful stay than I had imagined. The meals were delicious, with plenty of local ingredients. I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. We stayed during the Marine Day three-day weekend.\nIt was a hot, sunny day, but upon arrival we were greeted warmly and impressed by the smooth valet parking—truly the quality you’d expect from a luxury Accommodation.\nThe front desk procedures and guidance were clear and courteous. We were shown to our Room with care, and both the in-room amenities and the private open-air bath were spacious. The natural Onsen water was crystal clear, allowing us to relax and unwind at length. Dinner was a kaiseki course that felt far beyond “standard”—everything was delicious. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, and we especially enjoyed comparing different types of Yaizu’s famous shaved bonito flakes. We reluctantly prepared to leave and checked out.\nThis is an Accommodation we definitely want to plan a Reservation for again next time.

The floors throughout the Ryokan were comfortable to walk on barefoot, making it feel like home. I completely understood why rolling suitcases are not allowed. I could really appreciate the owner’s attention to detail, and I thought it was wonderful. The location was excellent, and the meals were delicious.
