It was a very nice Accommodation and great value for money. Instead of offering full-service assistance like carrying luggage, they provide a wide range of complimentary self-serve options from 3:00 PM, including beer, coffee and other drinks, plus snacks like rice crackers and chiffon cake. Dinner also includes free-flow drinks, which makes it feel like excellent value. The food was great, especially the seafood—it was very fresh and delicious. Some items (like the hassun platter) are already set on the table, and soup is self-serve as well; I assume this streamlined service helps keep prices down. That said, if you ask questions, the staff kindly explain things, so I didn’t feel the service was bad at all. As other Reviews mention, the front desk staff spoke a bit quickly and felt somewhat businesslike, but there’s a lot to explain during check-in so it’s understandable. Given the room rate, I felt it was reasonable overall. The Room was stylish and very clean. The Onsen had a lovely amber-colored water with a slight moor-like scent. From the moment I got in it felt silky-smooth on my skin, and afterward my skin felt soft and smooth as well. There’s a roadside station right across the street where you can buy various souvenirs too; considering the price, this is a wonderful Accommodation with great value for money. We stayed for one night as a couple for a concert at Kyocera Dome. We’ve stayed at various Hotels every year, but from now on we’d like to stay here. The location is great, of course, but above all we were truly impressed by the staff’s hospitality. They noticed us waiting in the elevator hall and immediately came over; when the elevator arrived, they asked, “Are you heading to the front desk?” and pressed the button for us. At check-in and at the breakfast venue as well, staff spoke to us right away, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the separate pajama set felt wonderful too. We were also happy that the hair dryer was a ReFa model. The only thing was that the bathroom was a unit bath, but it was clean and more than sufficient for us as a couple. We were told that the spacious, easy-to-park lot can be used all day even after check-out. We also appreciated being guided just as kindly at check-out as we were at check-in. We liked it so much that we even recommended this Hotel to a friend who had been planning to stay at another Hotel in Osaka next month (laugh).

I always stay here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. This time as well, I stayed in the Club Lounge. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed a truly luxurious and relaxing time while having an Orion beer. I had a great time at the pool with my children, and with easy access to Kokusai-dori, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. I look forward to staying again next time.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The sashimi came with daikon carved into a crane, and there was also sekihan (red rice). Everything looked beautiful and tasted great, leaving both our stomachs and hearts full. All of the staff were wonderful and very considerate, which made our time here truly enjoyable. One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.

Meals are not included, but there was a wide variety of tableware and cooking utensils. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Dog supplies were also provided. However, it was disappointing that the pet diaper provided did not match the dog’s sex. The indoor silk-ion bath was great. There was also a jacuzzi, but due to seasonal insects we couldn’t use it. It was very comfortable overall, and we would like to stay again.

It was my first stay in six years, and I felt that the calm, natural atmosphere is always maintained by the staff and throughout the entire Facility. The comfortable Room and the private pool in the quiet villa allowed me to relax without worrying about anyone else. The staff’s sense of distance was also pleasant, and with a touch of Okinawan language, it feels different from the slightly formal atmosphere of a large Hotel—making me want to visit again.

It was disappointing that it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the sunset or Mt. Fuji, but we were satisfied with the Hotel. If there was any issue, it was the squeaking sound of the glass door when entering the bathroom area from the Room, and the air purifier attached to the latest air conditioner was quite loud. The cleanliness of the Room, the campfire, the meals, unlimited beer and soft drinks, and other thoughtful small services were all excellent.

The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The meals were the right portion size and very delicious. Each dish was carefully prepared, with refined flavors. The eel kamameshi at dinner was especially tasty. One disappointment was that the large public bath and the open-air bath were far apart, so I couldn’t make it to the open-air bath. I appreciated being able to enjoy coffee and tea freely in the lobby. I would like to stay again.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The Room facilities were very clean, as if they had just been renovated. It was also nice that the toilet and the bath/vanity area were separate. The view from the Room was beachfront and wonderful. There are several restaurants near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. I was surprised to see so many Southeast Asian guests at the breakfast venue. I would like to stay here again.

We had been looking forward to our stay even before arriving. We stayed in a Room with a slide, and the kids were thrilled (an early elementary schooler and a 3-year-old). The Facility offerings were also excellent, so we had no trouble at all even with children (including a space where kids can play). They also organized a festival event inside the Hotel during our visit, and we joined that as well. All the staff were kind, and we felt their hospitality everywhere. The view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful (morning is recommended). During dinner, there was live music, and they included songs that children would enjoy, so it never got boring. Highly recommended for families with children. Of course, I think it would be a very satisfying stay for adults only as well. We will definitely return. Thank you very much for everything.
