We were thrilled! From the large windows offering views of Kada Port to stylish chairs where you can relax while enjoying a big-screen TV—and most importantly—the private natural onsen bath spacious enough for two people made it an exceptional space promising ultimate relaxation.

My daughter and her family had a wonderful stay. It was a birthday celebration trip, and they were delighted that the meals were truly delicious. They were especially touched that the proprietress came to greet them in person at dinner. Even with small children, they were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in their Room, and they seemed completely satisfied with everything. Next time, I would love to visit with them. Arriving at the Hotel and being greeted with “Welcome back” makes me feel relieved every time. This time, I stayed for two nights and enjoyed a relaxing soak at Sukayu Onsen (the sulfur is excellent). I was also able to use the Hotel’s Onsen without it being crowded, which helped soothe both body and mind. Hakkoda Hotel is famous for its French cuisine, but the Japanese meals also reflect the chef’s dedication. Each visit brings new discoveries for both the eyes and the palate, and I always look forward to it. This time, they also accommodated my request regarding portion size, so I could enjoy everything deliciously while savoring it with both eyes and taste buds. The drink explanations (wine, etc.) were also thorough, which I appreciated. That said, since the dining area isn’t very large, I personally hope things remain calm enough to relax as they are now. I was impressed by how hard the new staff members are working, and the long-time staff continue to provide a reassuring sense of comfort. I plan to visit again in late autumn, and I look forward to seeing you then as well.

I stayed in a Japanese-style Room with No Meals Included. It was a very quiet environment, and I was able to rest soundly. The Onsen water was excellent, and after bathing my skin felt smooth and silky. The front desk staff were also very courteous, making it a comfortable Accommodation. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Since I arrived by train, the direct connection to the station was perfect. I could also see the Onomichi sea from the Room and had a wonderful time. The high ceiling made the Room feel more spacious than it actually was. The Room only had a shower, which was a downside, but overall it was a very good stay. I left relatively early the next day as well, and since it is directly connected to the Hotel, it was very convenient.

It was a birthday trip to celebrate my friend. The cherry blossoms on the grounds were in full bloom, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful. We stayed in a Room on the Mt. Fuji side, and we were blessed with great weather, making it a truly happy trip. I would love to stay at Fuji View Hotel again.

The Room had a great view, and the large public bath was very relaxing. Also, being able to use the rental bicycles was helpful, as it allowed us to visit places that are difficult to reach on foot.

Everything was outstanding—the surroundings, the Room, the meals, and the service. How do you create such a comfortable place? Relaxing while gazing at the water was wonderful, and the activities were fun as well. The staff also seemed to truly enjoy their work, and their passion and sincerity came through. I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. I’d love to visit again!

Following our stay in January, we returned for another Multiple Night Stay. It was so comfortable that we changed our plans and came back to Ishigaki Island again this February, and had an amazing time. My companion went fun diving and encountered manta rays every day, and was thrilled to get closer than ever before. We look forward to staying with you again this year—and also on our already confirmed Reservation for next year!

The kitchen stove heat was weak. Other than that, both the kids and adults were very satisfied. The pool was just the right size and we enjoyed it, and the sauna and cold plunge were easy to use. The view was great, and we had a really good time! We would like to visit again!

I traveled with my dog and friends. It was my first time at Wanpara Lake Hamana, and I was truly impressed by how kind the staff were. The meals were wonderful—enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat. There was a clean dog run for dogs, and we had a great time playing there. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. All of the staff were cheerful and also recommended great places to visit in Izu. Thank you very much.

We visited on a three-generation family trip. On the day, strong winds caused the ferry from Shikoku to be canceled. Because we were traveling from far away, the Hotel called to inform us, which we really appreciated. Fortunately, we had planned to come via a port on the Honshu side, so we arrived safely, but their thoughtfulness made us happy. We had two Japanese-style Rooms next to each other. They were typical Japanese-style Rooms and you could feel their age, but they were very clean and well maintained. The view from the Room window was spectacular. When we woke up early, we could also see the sunrise and start the day feeling refreshed. Dinner was served at table seating in a large banquet hall. It was luxurious with local ingredients, and we were completely full. The staff member serving us chatted with us about various things, which was enjoyable. For the sea bream rice cooked in a pot that we couldn’t finish, they kindly made it into rice balls so we could have it as a late-night snack. It was very delicious even when cold. We caused extra work for them, but we were truly grateful. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying. The large public bath also had an amazing view. The washing area was spacious and there was no waiting at all. It was thoroughly cleaned as well, which pleased us. In the early morning bath time, surprisingly many guests were already up early too, and it felt open and relaxing—a wonderful bath. I don’t think the building itself is new, but because everything was kept so clean it was very comfortable and pleasant to stay here. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. There were many smiles among the staff and they greeted us properly—it’s a Hotel where you can really feel how good their hospitality is.
